We fully understand your frustration regarding the delay; however, we firmly reject any allegation of misappropriation.

Based on our internal records, the full refund has already been authorized and processed through PayPal. Once we confirm the operation on the platform, the funds are no longer in our possession and are handled by the payment processor and the banking circuit.

The delay in seeing the credit on your statement depends entirely on the processing times of PayPal and your specific bank. We strongly recommend that you contact PayPal support or your bank to verify the status of the incoming transaction, as the process has been successfully completed on our end.

We remain at your disposal should your bank require specific transaction codes to track the payment.

We have already sent the official bank confirmation to your email address as proof of the transaction. Unfortunately, once a refund is issued, the processing time depends entirely on the banking systems and is outside of our control. During the holiday season, banks often experience significant delays in clearing transactions.

We sincerely apologize for the stress and frustration this delay has caused you. We understand that waiting for such a significant amount, especially during the Christmas season and for a gift for your son, is incredibly distressing.

However, we would like to provide clarity regarding the timeline. As shown in the bank confirmation we provided, the refund was processed and released from our accounts on December 17th. Once a refund is issued, the funds enter the international banking system. The time it takes for the money to appear in a customer's account depends entirely on the processing times of the involved banks. Unfortunately, during the festive period, these banks often experience significant backlogs, leading to delays like the one you experienced. This process is, regrettably, completely outside of our control.

We take your feedback regarding our previous communication seriously and we are sorry if it felt impersonal. Our intention was never to be "heartless," but to provide the necessary technical proof that the money had been sent from our side.

Now that the funds have reached you, we hope this clarifies that there was never an intent to mislead or "scam" our customers. We are truly sorry that the banking delays made this such a negative experience for you.
