Awful experience. Avoid!
Awful experience.
Made an order on the 5th December, payment confirmed on the 6th for a Samsung soundbar. Costing £130.
They advised timescales of 24-72 hours for order processing and then 2-5 days for delivery.
It took them til the 9th to advise that the order was being processed. I reached out via website and as of the 13th have only been given generic response of "We would like to inform you that your order is currently being processed. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you the tracking number so that you can track the delivery."
This has now exceeded their own timescales, communication has been lacking to say the least and I don't understand how it can take 7+ days for a company to"process" an order. Picking, packing and shipping a product is clearly too difficult a task for them.
At this rate the product I ordered for christmas, which was meant to be with me by now but hasn't even been shipped yet, will not arrive on time.
I would avoid this company like the plague if I was you. Pay a little more from somewhere else, that will actually strive to meet their own service levels. I now have to look into getting a refund and purchasing from somewhere else, before Christmas, as all confidence in this sham of a company is lost.

Erst war ich etwas skeptisch, da ich noch nie was von diesem Shop gehört habe. Da ich aber auf Rechnung zahlen konnte, kein Problem.
Bestellung hat etwas länger gedauert (womit ich aber auch gerechnet habe). Nach dem Versand hat der Versand selbst ca. Eine Woche von IT nach DE gebraucht.
Ware hätte etwas besser verpackt werden können, flog lose im Karton herum.
Ansonsten alles gut!

I am experiencing extremely poor customer service. I have been unable to reach your support team via phone, as the number appears to be out of service, and I have not received a response to my emails.
UPDATE: It's been 24 days since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. This is absolutely unbelievable! I've never had such a negative experience with an online purchase in the past 20 years.
UPDATE 2: After more than a month, still didn't receive anything. I have contacted them but didn't help. If you read this, stay away from this retail! I'm currently disputing with the Bank the transaction and I will contact the fraud italian police

these are scammers that tell you that their furniture is from wood and when it arrived it was from cheap crap ikea does and when trying to return it was impossible. I asked my bank for help to recover the money, total scammers, stay away.
