I've been in the repair industry for over 30yrs. It's a nice surprise when My car was returned to me with a repair of a high standard,thank you!.

The service from start to finish has been amazing. Always kept up to date with what was happening with my car,. Absolutely fabulous customer service, and nothing was too much trouble.

Had a lot of work done due to a no fault accident. The car came back as good as new. Would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on my car and went to extra length to give it all good clean

Car collected as soon as suitable, post snow delay.
Car returned slightly later than stated, but work done on car, worth the wait.
Only irk throughout was contact, communications.
At times, very difficult to get someone to talk to.
Car bodywork and interior looks great !

Unbelievable experience after someone crashed into my car.

I've been given an electric courtesy car, kept up to speed with repair schedule plus repaired closer than what my insurer initially tried to give me....(40 miles from my house) Vs local garage. Car has been repaired at painted and I can't that the team highly enough for taking hold of the situation and delivering a 5* service to get my car back. I'd give 6* if I could

Great communication at every stage of the process.

My communications with XL Motors was efficient and timely. The repair coincided with the Christmas/New Year break so it took a number of weeks. I always felt I could get an update from them.

My experience was great as they came and picked up my vehicle very promptly by a very pleasant man. Informed me about the damage and what it would cost to repair. Once repaired rang me and my vehicle was collected with no problems.
