Ordered 16 doors...Took a long time to get the doors but in the end it was worth the wait. Excellent quality doors at an unbeatable price. Some of the doors were out of stock for 3 weeks longer than a... もっず芋る

Excellent service

Excellent service. Communication was excellent from ordering to delivering. Quick delivery - no problems at all, Josh the driver kept us updated with his estimated time of arrival. Excellent product as well

Not as expected and terrible after service

Ordered a door and architrave. Door was ok, although ever so slightly damaged but didnt report it as able to sand out. But architrave is absolutely nothing like Ogee design found at every other supplier, ever. They refuse this completely and state " design varies", but what they have sent does not resemble Ogee even a tiny bit. Terrible customer service going backwards and forwards for 3 weeks now and still will not accept its totally different despite photos. I cannot install it as is totally different to the rest of the skirts and architrave next to it. Monry down the drain. I am in the property industry and will never use this supplier ever again. Terrible service and products are not as described.

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the architrave received. The architrave supplied does match the images on the website, however, Ogee designs can vary slightly between suppliers. If you’re looking to match existing architrave, we would always recommend purchasing from the same supplier as before to ensure consistency. As mentioned previously, you’re welcome to return the item to us for a refund if you wish.

Delayed, sold a lie, and no refunds

Bought 5 doors and paid £70 extra for specific day delivery; they were late and delivered the day after (normal London postcode). On delivery, 1 door was damaged and unfit for any client. Door & More immediately pushed the problem onto the manufacturer and refused to issue a replacement themselves. The replacement door arrived 4 working days after the late delivery and is also damaged. I have asked for a refund on the delivery and discount on the damaged door rather than waiting even longer, but they have stopped responding to me.

Edit - Got a reply after the bad review and the supplier (not them) offered a reasonable discount on the damaged replacement door which was much appreciated. However they have declined the delivery refund - yes ordered on the 2nd March and the website stated in giant text in several places "Guarantee delivery on 3rd March" at checkout and "Delivered on or before Tuesday 3rd March" which I selected and paid extra for. Clearly this was never possible if it's actually 48hrs so a total lie. Have raised a chargeback as a result.

We’re sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced on your order.

The express delivery option is a 48 hour service, you placed your order on the 2nd with the delivery taking place on the 4th, this is within the specified lead time.

Regarding the damaged door, the suppliers LPD deliver their own products, and as this was damage that occurred in transit we do have to report this to them for them to investigate and issue replacements if needed. We hold none of their stock so we cannot just despatch a new door for you. The system shows that you have been speaking to our customer service team regarding this and that we have been in contact in regards to compensation. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Great value quality doors.

The doors I needed were shown as in stock at a great price. The web purchase was really smooth and the delivery price was fair. Confirmation and invoice were automatic. I received a message from the door manufacturer that I would be receiving the doors within the estimated time and all was fine. I happily recommend both Doors & More and teh manufacturer, LPD Doors.

No communication


Doors good quality but no communication on delivery times. When chased they promised contact from courier which came three days later with delivery a week after that. One door damaged on arrival so replaced another two weeks after that. If you order from them I your not in a rush!

The reply is missing the point. It was Doors & Moor who didn’t communicate. I placed the order on 13th Jan and had no communication except for an auto receipt email. I emailed for an update and had no reply so called you on 27th Jan (2 weeks after order) at that point it had NOT even been passed to the courier. The delivery company was excellent albeit slow in timescales.

Please accept our apologies for the delays in communication, we use a third party courier to deliver these products who aim to contact all customers within 48 hours of the order being received to book in a delivery date. The goods were out of stock as per the website and your order confirmation when you placed the order so the couriers did not receive the order until these were back in stock. We always express the urgency to the couriers when a damaged door has been received to get this replaced as quickly as possible but as they are a separate company this does rely on when they next have availability in your area. We can only apologise for the delays getting this resolved for you and for any inconvenience this has caused.

Poor service

A WEEK LATER AND STILL NOT GOT DOOR!!
Ordered black framed door with offer of free handles but handles were only in chrome so called to ask if we could have black handles which are exactly the same price and handle but in black. Customer service assistant gave a firm NO .. Then proceeded to payment and £50 for delivery and all you get is sometime between Monday to Friday ... really poor when so many online offer exact days or at worst a 2 day window.
UPDATE
The reply is hilarious as it simply confirms the fact that they want you to pay £50 for delivery but can only offer a 3 to 7 day window and fob the responsibility off to the courier.
Says on the website "Within a couple of days of placing your order, you will be contacted by the delivery team "
TERRIBLE SERVICE AT £50
ORDERED DOOR ON 19TH AND ITS NOW THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY 26TH AND STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM COURIER

The free handle promotion is only available on the two options as these are the handles we have on promotion from the hardware supplier, enabling us to offer them for free. If we allowed customers to change the handles to different options by paying the additional cost, we would lose money on the order unfortunately as we have no promotion on these from the suppliers.

In regards to the delivery dates the website gives you an estimated delivery window of 3-7 working days, once the order has been placed and despatched the couriers will route this and contact you within 48 hours to confirm an exact delivery date.

Delivery window given by company fair enough but had to pop out for materials on job delivery driver called while I was on call called back less than 1 minute after drivers call didn’t answer phone or the subsequent calls absolutely f-&k you attitude at least answer call and say sorry couldn’t wait got a really busy schedule today but just to ignore return call sounds to me this is not a customer friendly company

We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery attempt of your order.

We try to be as accommodating as possible with our deliveries by prebooking in delivery dates and providing a time slot on the day of delivery when possible, both of which were done for your order. This particular courier also has a live tracker which customers can use.

The driver attempted delivery within the time frame given and tried to call when there was no answer at the property, due to no answer, they had no option but to fail the delivery and move on.

We understand that this is frustrating and an inconvenience, but our drivers work to a schedule and unfortunately cannot wait around for customers longer than 5-10 minutes.

We can only sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Tried to order, website would not accept it, tried another browser, contacted D&M, sent them a screenshot of the order. They simply could not be bothered to take our money
