After going for a coolant leak to which they told me the radiator needed to be replaced which we got done along with break pads and rotors which cost over $1700, I picked my car up only to break down on the side of the interstate due to all the transmission fluid draining from my car. Called them back told them the situation got it back to them to which they claimed to have fixed the issue only for the same issue to occur a week or 2 later. Mind you I’ve never had transmission issues with my car but they claimed I needed a new transmission and money don’t grow on trees and you shouldn’t have to go to a mechanic to spend thousands of dollars to fix something only to leave with something else broken. The workers were nice but the service wasn't now I have to go buy a new car before I’m forced to rebuild an old one.

I made an appointment yesterday at Express Oil Change of Jacksonville for an oil change and tire rotation and balance this morning. Brett drops the car off this morning at appointment time, and he mentions that I’ve been having an issue with my door locks if they could also look at that. They automatically gave Brett push back about the fact that we have a warranty and the way that those pay out. Brett assures them that they will have no issues if they just call the number he gives them because Brett works at the company the warranty is through and knows exactly how they work. They ended up taking that service off the ticket because the warranty company was closed today, which is not their fault.

We get the okay that the car is ready, and Brett heads to pick it up. If you aren’t aware, there is one building next to Johnson’s, and they also have a new building caddy corner to it on the main road. Brett goes to the original building where he dropped it off, and they inform him he needs to get in his car and go to the other building down the road because my car is now down there. So he does that, and when he gets there, they tell him they only changed the oil. No other services were done. Whatever - not fighting this fight.

Brett pays and gets in the car to head home and realizes the oil change light is still on. He’s like “oh, they didn’t reset it.” He gets home and resets the light and thinks maybe he should check to be sure… THEY DIDN’T CHANGE THE OIL. So he goes back, explains what happens and the only thing they can say is that there must have been a miscommunication when it moved to the other building. WHY WAS IT EVEN MOVED?

The lock issue didn’t get fixed, that’s fine.
The tire balance and rotation… not sure what happened there?
But the big thing is that I’m honestly dumbfounded that these people had my car for 3-4 hours and somehow didn’t even manage to change the oil.

My name is Jim. Got into my SUV this morning to find I had a completely flat front right tire.
Thomas answered my call for a rescue. He came to my house, took off the tire, saw a nail and shared that he would fill the tire so I could follow him to the shop. Once we arrived at the shop they quickly repaired the tire and I was on my way.
I found Thomas and staff were courteous, professional, and honest.

Tough, hard to diagnosis repair, but they stuck with it and I am more than pleased!
The Simpsonville Location knocked it out of the park. JB was exemplary in his diligent and attentive service.

I got in very quickly to get my oil changed. Carrie changed it. She was very helpful and did a great job. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was waiting for her to tell me my air filter needed changed when I knew it didn't. But she didn't do that so it made me have trust in her. You need to keep employees like her. Honesty is something you don't see around a lot.

I recently went to Express Oil Change in Kingsland, GA for an oil change on my 2004 BMW 325i. I usually take my car to a mechanic, but decided to try them this time—and I’m glad I did.
Tristan took care of my service, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The pricing was also competitive—actually a bit lower than what I’ve paid elsewhere.
Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely go back again.

Went in for two tires and an oil change. I have had great service in the past and believed it would continue. A week after the oil change, I started experiencing oil leaks so I called and took my vehicle back. They told me there was oil in my motor mount and that it was nothing to worry about. I left and a week later ALL of the oil was on my driveway. I looked underneath and sure enough oil leak directly from the filter. Next, one of my tires began slowing leaking air. That is an enough for me to never return to this business and everyone should do the same. The location is in Augusta, Georgia on Cabela drive.

We were out of state traveling and woke up to a flat. Express Oil was right by the hotel and Tony immediately took care of everything. He got me a good deal, made sure I had piece of mind to drive home.

Trey was very helpful and informative about my car. I will be coming back again for their service.

Kris was excellent. Very professional and did everything in a timely manner. He got me an oil change and even recommended tire rotation. He guided me on what i needed to do to keep the life of my car lasting. He was very nice and I recommended anyone to come by you will not be disappointed. It was my first time going and the service was A1. I am definitely going back.

I received an oil change this morning 05/02/2026 and Chris was wonderful and so helpful .
He made it a really pleasant experience.
