Dear Corporate Customer Relations Team,

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding an incident involving General Manager Trey at one of your Express Oil Change location #108. This matter involves conduct that I believe warrants immediate review at the corporate level due to its seriousness and impact on your company’s customer service standards.

On 5/01/2026, I visited the Express Oil Change location at 1554 Montgomery Hwy. During my visit, I had an interaction with General Manager Trey that escalated into a verbal confrontation. Trey addressed me in an aggressive, hostile, and disrespectful manner, which I consider to be a verbal assault. His tone, language, and overall demeanor were unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a management position representing your brand.
This experience was not only uncomfortable but also concerning, as it reflects a significant breakdown in professionalism and customer care. As a relative of a current employee, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. The behavior I encountered fell far below those expectations and has negatively impacted my perception of your company.
I am requesting that corporate leadership conduct a thorough investigation into this incident. Additionally, I ask that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure accountability and to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the findings of your investigation and any steps being implemented as a result.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps in the review process. I am available to provide any additional details or clarification if needed.

I’ve been to my fair share of service centers, but the experience here was truly top-tier. From the moment I pulled up, Logan and his team were professional and welcoming. What stood out the most was the honesty. They didn't try to upsell me on a dozen "urgent" items I didn't need. I paid a fair price for the service and was treated with honesty and integrity.

I had a great experience!

Im moving from Florida to Tennessee and My truck broke down here in Trussville AL at the gas station across the street from the service station.

Employee Ron made 3 trips to figure it out. He put fuses in and jumped my truck and got it started. He was so kind and so thankful they didnt turn me away.

Dallas at the Niceville, FL location is always kind and very helpful. His customer service is top notch and always goes above and beyond to help the customer. It’s nice to have someone like this helping during a time of need and seems like the right person to trust when it comes to auto repairs and maintenance. I’m grateful for this kindness :)

These guys are the best! Always quick service plus good deals. Miguel is super and just happens to be there every time I come 👍 🙂 see you again in 6,000!!

I stopped for a quick oil change and the tech threw away the plastic birdcage that holds my oil filter. I did not find that out until the oil pressure light came on and luckily another shop had the knowledge to take their time and look. This is a catastrophic alarm in my car. I took it back and the tech said it was fine, he rinsed the engine and said drive it for a few days.

Do not take your vehicle to this location, this is the second car I’ve taken in for an oil change and something catastrophic has happened immediately after. Call it bad luck or maybe the B team was working that day. But beware!

I stopped there and asked if they could replace my taillight bulb the tech took my keys and quickly repaired it and didn’t charge me thanks for the wonderful customer service

Great customer service, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Eric was very kind and went into detail on what I needed. This is honestly the best and efficient company that I’ve ever been to.

Jackson my service technician at #119 Express oil change Tire Engineer did a great job Jackson was very polite & courteous ask good questions about maintaining my vehicle discuss every step of my service discuss upcoming services my vehicle will need/ complimented me on other services that I previously had on my vehicle Service my vehicle in a timely manner He was very focus on completing services on my vehicle Thank you Jackson

I have been taking my vehicles to the store located in Virginia Beach area for a while. The last two times a gentleman by the name Pete greeted me. He explained everything to me and was very helpful when I asked questions. From here on I will be looking for Pete- very nice gentleman.

Was at the shop in Pendleton, SC and my guy Keith was awesome! Great customer service. Highly recommend

Tony, Jack, and Tyler M. Drained and filled my Transmission fluid when a competitor told me earlier in the day that they didn’t know how to do it. Thanks so much for the service.

This store only does repairs you authorize. They are straight forward. They don't pressure you into anything. They try to have you out of the store as soon as they are able.

What made my visit great was the wait time. Every time I go to the Westmont location, they are friendly and they are fast. They top off fluids and they take the extra time to explain things that need to be done. I love that part, because I'm not a car guru.

My daughter’s car was leaking oil after having her oil changed at another place. I brought it here and the mechanics were so nice and helpful and got us all fixed up! They even gave my dog a treat while we waited! I felt very comfortable there and will definitely be going here for other cars and other services. Very professional and helpful!

The associates and the customer service they exude is what makes me go back. Tom in the Oil Section is amazing and always so nice, professional and thorough. His team is amazing. I've been going here ever since they opened this location and even though I have moved to the city, I always come back here. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. This time I went in for an alignment and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Brad. Same experience as I always have here - Top Notch! Thank you to this wonderful team they here at this location. If I could give you 100 stars I would. You guys are rockstars!!!!
