This is the WORST company we have ever had to deal with regarding prescription refills. They tell you something and donât do what they say. Weâve been trying to get one prescription refilled for 6 weeks. Weâve had to get 3 temp refills while we were waiting for the approval of pharmacist, now after all these delays itâs still not filled for my husband.

It's honestly 0 stars not 1 but I have never dealt with a company that put my grandfathers health at risk every single time having to deal with them, from taking a month to send medication to just not sending or approving medication he's been on for 12 to 15 years depending on the medication. I never dealt with a more incompetent don't care about their clients company ever. This isn't a McDonald's messing up your lunch this is a life or death situation that is only happening because of these ridiculous pharmacies and the worst by far is express scripts. If you value yours or your families life and good health stay far away from this trash company. They should be sued into oblivion.

I wish I would have read these reviews. First, this company is nothing it purports to be. It is not a low cost provider of medications. Sure the prices might be OK but paying close to $100 per month for a subscription?? Really. Then my Januvia cost me $233 for three moths. The service was bad then the pricing was worse than my local pharmacy. Why do I need them? No recommend.
This pharmacy isn't real
This pharmacy isn't real. It's a scam. I've had nothing but lies and delays from them. They cancelled my prescription claiming they couldn't reach my doctor. Doctor tells me they were never contacted by them. Prescription sent again. Received prior auth approval. Delayed again called to ask why. They claim they need "clarification" on the quantity, strength and instructions. I can see in my doctor's dashboard that they sent all that in the prescription. Express scripts tried to claim that what I'm seeing is different from what they received, so basically they are trying to claim that somehow the prescription was changed during the electronic transmission which of course is impossible. Then they said they need "verbal clarification" so my doctor needs to call a number. I asked several time why the electronicly sent prescription was not adequate when every other pharmacy accepts it. They told me the doctor could send a other one. So of course I asked why the one they already sent wasn't adequate and they told be the doctor has to call the " verbal clarification line" I have never heard of anything so insane as this. It shouldn't be this difficult to get this medication. I don't think this is a real pharmacy, it's a scam owned and run by Cigna in order to prevent paying for your medication. The customer service reps have no authority or information. They are using these people as a wall to prevent doing anything. When I tell them I'm out of medication for weeks due to their constant delays they say would you like to speak to the pharmacist about the consequences of being without your medication? No, I would like you to stop the lies and delays and send the medication. This place has got to be a scam. No other pharmacy in the world operates like this.
Rica - Horrible Agent
I usually have a good experience with them, but recently I had the unfortunate interaction with "Rica." She was extremely rude, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, and when I asked her if I could complete my sentences before she cuts me off, she told me "no." I've never been treated like that before. Thankfully, the person I spoke to after her was friendly and helpful.
Incompetent customer service
I called and they stated that my Rx was covered. Two weeks later and several calls-discovered they made an error. Excuses-Couldn't reach the docs office ( for a non-covered med-which they should have known right away). Now I'm out, and had to go to a pharmacy and pay 3x what I was quoted. Customer service is nice, but clueless.
Unacceptable customer service
Twice now Express Scripts was out of my Repatha. The first time the prescription was transferred to Walgreens for triple the copay. This second time when the notified me I asked them when it would be available and they told me that they were unsure. So rather than wait I told them I would go to the VA and get my medication there. Yesterday on my way out of the country I received a text that the medication shipped without prior notification or authorization. I called immediately after the text to cancel it but they said they couldnât because I already had shipped. According to FedEx that was a lie that a shipping label was created but the order was not picked up. Express Scripts will not cancel the order and refund my copayment even though the medication has a refrigeration requirement and all of our delivery service are on vacation hold. That company is full of unqualified low information employees and should be ashamed.

Express Scripts is no good!
No Veteran family should put up with Express Scriptsâ poor customer service, mismanagement of billing, and pharmacists not sending meds because they hadnât received a fax or phone call from the Doctors office; such a contrary claim, as my Doctors office have faxed and called Express scripts multiple times since Dec 24th 2025. Today is Feb 3rd 2026 going nowhere. I asked for a refund (Pre paid Meds) - who knows if Iâd get that back. Going to my local pharmacist. Paying a little more for peace of mind and no excuses.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. My recent experience was appalling, specifically regarding a representative supervisor named Faye. Due to a clear error on the pharmacy's part, my daughterâs essential medication was delayed.
When I called to resolve the issue, Faye was callous, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of urgency. She could not have cared less that a childâs health was at stake due to their mistake. It is deeply concerning that individuals with this level of indifference are working in the healthcare industry. Dealing with an illness is stressful enough; having to fight a pharmacy for their own mistakes while being treated with contempt is inexcusable.
Avoid this pharmacy if you require reliability and basic human decency.
Gross incompetence
Express Scripts/Accredo Pharmacy has shown a shocking level of incompetence and indifference. My minor child was due for a critical medication yesterday, a medication she needs to manage a serious chronic illness and prevent pain and complications. As of today, Accredo cannot even provide a delivery date.
Let that sink in. A child is left in pain and at risk because this pharmacy cannot manage its own processes.
This was not a last-minute request. Prior authorizations were already approved. We followed every rule, made every phone call, and still ended up with delays, misinformation, and empty apologies. Each representative passes the problem along, while no one takes responsibility and nothing gets done.
Accredoâs failures have real consequences. This is not a delayed sweater or a missed refill for vitamins. This is a childâs health. Their lack of urgency, accountability, and compassion is appalling.
If you are considering Accredo for specialty medications, especially for a child or anyone with a serious condition, be warned. You will spend hours on the phone, receive conflicting answers, and still be left without medication when it matters most. Patients deserve better. Families deserve better. This pharmacy should be ashamed of the harm their negligence causes.

Id leave them a zero if I could. They are horrible. Everybody has a different answer and nobody knows what theyâre doing. Canât wait to retire and pick my own plan. Iâm forced to use them. I have now called for 4 days in a row trying to understand why my prescription has been stuck in processing for 4 days. I paid extra for rush shipping because Iâm running out; then the customer service person tells me to get it from my local pharmacy when the only reason Iâm using this horrible service is because my local pharmacy doesnât have any of the medication in stock. I repeated to her that my local pharmacy does not have it. Apparently they donât even listen, just read from a script. I hate this useless company and will never order from them again. Btw, some of their prices are HIGHER than my local pharmacy so Iâm not even saving any money.
Pathetic app and service
Iâve been forced to use them for years. Their app is pathetic. My prescriptions donât show. I have to reverify home delivery sometimes twice a week and often for the same medication. It takes a MINIMUM of 30 minutes of nonsense prompts to get an actual person. Iâm seeking ways for my insurance to allow my meds to go to a brick and mortar pharmacy. Unable to get me a prescription after more than 2 weeks of trying and multiple attempts from me and my doctor. They really went downhill after EverNorth acquired them. They seem to have changed customer service reps since the takeover and the new ones seem universally inept. Even the phone AI is incompetent.
