thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we would like to strongly assure you that we do not sell counterfeit products. All of our eyewear is 100% original and sourced directly from official manufacturers.

Regarding the sounds you noticed, it is not uncommon for certain Ray-Ban models to make a squeaking or creaking noise. This is often caused by models that feature real glass lenses, where the friction between the glass and the acetate or plastic frame naturally creates a sound, which is a characteristic of the authentic materials used.

As for your refund, please note that our standard processing time is up to 14 days from the moment the returned product arrives back at our warehouse. This period is necessary because our team must thoroughly inspect the condition of all returned items.

Our main goal was always to deliver your glasses as quickly as possible. When we noticed there was a small typo in the shipping details, our team immediately stepped in to solve it with the courier. To make sure you received your order without further issues, we proactively sent out a completely new replacement package with a brand new product. Throughout this whole time, our team was fully dedicated to helping you, keeping in touch and responding regularly to your messages via both email and our social media channels.

Regarding the glasses themselves, we want to reassure you that they are in perfect condition. The nose pads (pad arms) on this model are designed to be highly flexible and adjustable. It is completely normal for them not to be perfectly straight out of the box, as they are meant to be customized and gently adjusted to fit the unique shape of your face. Any optical store can easily adjust them for you in just a few minutes, or you can even do it carefully at home.

However, your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you are still not happy with the glasses, you are more than welcome to return them within our standard return period for a full refund. If you are not satisfied, please feel free to write to us directly, and we will gladly do our best to resolve the whole situation to your satisfaction.

We are very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with your new glasses and the disappointment it caused.

Regarding the squeaking sound when opening the frames, we would like to mention that, especially with certain Ray-Ban models, this is quite common at the beginning. The noise is caused by the initial friction between the screw and the plastic/acetate during folding. In most cases, this issue completely disappears after just a few wears, as the hinges and screws loosen up slightly and adjust naturally.

We would also like to clarify the difference between returns and claims to help you resolve this situation as smoothly as possible:

A standard return (withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason) is possible within our extended 30-day window.

A warranty claim (complaint), however, is valid for 2 years on every product. Even though 40 days have passed, you are still fully covered by the warranty and have every right to file a claim.

You can find the claim form directly on our website or in your order details. If you have any trouble filling it out, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team directly. We are more than happy to guide you through the process and help you find a satisfactory solution.
