I needed to update my address since I recently moved and also an issue with a package that USPS disposed of. Ellie was amazing and helped me get everything figured out!

I love the gorgeous books fairyloot offers. They updated their questions system from the first sale I was a part of and that was a great update! With that being said I was able to get the book I wanted after waiting hours to do so. I understand everyone wouldn't think that is ideal but honestly I'm just happy Fairyloot offers to non subscribers for a reasonable price!! It's an opportunity not a guarantee because they do make such beautiful books they are popular! You can't blame them for that.

Straight up theft. Never got my order. Sent them an email months later, saying “okay, where is it?” They claim they replied but I don’t have that communication. Followed up again, and now they say “we have no record of that shipment, sorry, but its been too long, we cannot refund.”

Today was the first time I didn’t receive an early access email for a sequel I desperately wanted to purchase. I only realized once I had waited in the queue and got access to the shop site. Luckily, on Instagram stories, Fairyloot had posted to be in touch if an email was not received. I emailed and got a reply back about 20 mins later from Ellie. She was apologetic about the issue, sent me the access link with password and I secured a signed copy immediately afterwards. Thank you Ellie and Fairyloot for your prompt response and for quickly and efficiently sorting out the problem for me so I didn’t miss out on a signed exclusive edition!

The customer service agent helped me quickly and sent me a new book when I received a damaged book! It shipped out next day. I have had mostly positive experiences with this company and their designs are stunning.

I know there's always lots of complaints with FL customer service but I've never had an issue, those who help me are always kind and very helpful even if it takes a few days to get an answer but my issues are always resolved :)

Fairyloot's Customer Service is top tier. Any time I've had an issue, they've always helped me resolve it, in a way that I have been satisfied. In this instance my package was lost and I have exhausted all options I know of to have USPS/my neighbors help find it. Fairyloot is sending me a replacement. Honestly so thankful to be a subscriber to such a great company.
