i ordered a pair of shoes on march 3 and i didnt get any response or tracking number . just unacceptable they stole my money . i am in contact with my lawer to see what we can do.

I measured my daughter using their guides and ordered an outfit for her which was far too small when it arrived. The oufit was also very thin and cheap looking nothing like the picture on their site. Very dissatisfied 😡

Our experience running a paid campaign with Fancy was disappointing overall. The sales were far from worth the investment, as they were unable to reach a positive ROI. Though some of the people that work for Fancy are great, we would not recommend their services. *Response to Fancy's reply* We contacted our campaign managers over and over again, but they told us they could not help us unless we signed up for another campaign. Ridiculous! Don't waste your money.

I have ordered a jacket on January 04,2018 . I paid for it never received my jacket I emailed and messaged them no response at all .

I have been waiting for a response from Fancy for three December sales not paid for that were never credited to my linked bank account. I have e-mailed and left two voice messages and not gotten a response. They promise a 24 hour response time. It has been well over a week. It is now January 18th. The money was supposed to be transferred into my account in 2-3 business days.

ordered 3d printer and cnc mill but it never arrived. $200 out. it has been over a month, no reply!

Sizes are way too small. They are made for Asians but all the models wearing the clothings are not Asians.

They have very low prices but getting a refund or exchange takes a long time and expensive and not worth it.

I am from Canada, I purchased bunch of stuff for myself and my wife over 5 weeks ago, some of the stuff I’m still waiting for.

I’ve cancelled them but my credit card is still not refunded!

The jacket I ordered look nothing like the pic, it looked like a plastic bag, very cheaply made ,thread loose, irregular made ,I should have read the reviews before buying, the real reviews ,this company is some place in China scamming people with these fake pics .I just wasted my money and learned a lesson!!!

I ordered a jacket from this site with "expedited " payment. 2 weeks ago. Nothing and no email returns. Pure scam.

No acknowledgement of order. No reply from customer service.
Just taken payment of Bitcoins for $2000.
Asume it's a scam company ripping people off

I ordered a phone case over a week ago. My item has not shipped and I haven't received a response from my two inquiries. When I try to call the sellor, the line is busy. No customer service at all...no way to contact Fancy. This site is BS.

I am a seller and to sell, this is standard procedure to give my bank account info, social, Stripe info, address etc..etc...I worked for 2 days to get my storefront ready and get my items imported over the weekend. My items were not "approved". "let me get this straight, you have my bank info, social, tax info, Stripe account and everything else, and now you won't let me sell?" I say: SCAM....My stores have 5 star ratings and 100% positive feedback, I have been at this for 9 years and CSR tells me I have only minimal experience. "REALLY??" Fancy debuted in 2012 <--- HILARIOUS. They need to approve your items (or not) first, and then maybe you will not waste 2 days working on your storefront, etc. just to be told "NO".

I placed two orders with fancy. When the first one came one of the items was too small. It took customer service a couple of days to let me know they would contact the distributor to see if they had a larger size. They didn't so she asked if I would mail it back for a refund. To mail it back out of country would be more money in shipping.. so I asked if I could exchange for something else.. I never heard back and that was 2 weeks ago! In the meantime my second order was supposedly shipped a month ago yet I have not received it. The shipping was 20 dollars on a 18 dollar item!!! I have emailed several times asking where this order is and have not hard back! Do not order from this website. I had 3 coworkers that were going to order from Fancy and I told them my experience. They are a rip off.

Fancy has been very helpful in establishing a customer base for both my t-shirt stores. The dedicated brand manager and help of the entire team has been detrimental to the success of our stores.

When we first got started out, I wanted Eagle Energy to get on Fancy. A year later they reached out and I was like "wuuuuuuut?". It was cool, our brand was going to be alongside some of the biggest and coolest products out there. Then it got cooler, everyone we worked with was incredibly accommodating and they took the time to put together a media plan that worked for us and our budget. Plus they take random snapchats with our stuff and it's awesome. We've stepped well beyond our expectations, highly recommend working with these guys.

Fancy is a very good sales channel and the customer service is great!

The Fancy team member are great and very accommodating but I would like more personalized feedback on how to improve my sales. If I am spending $500 a month on Ads, I need to make at least $1500 a month in sales to make this worthwhile.
