Ik heb niks gehad en wel betaald,staat dat het is afgeleverd, maar niks. Reageren ook nergens op, dag geld en geen rituals.

I just became a seller on fancy... sales iincreasing,love the simplicity of the process and staff has been very responsive to all queries. My customers prefer this to Amazon... I am thrilled to make the switch... every aspect of the sales process has exceeded expectations.

Very poor customer service
Ordered three items. Got one. Never heard from anyone about the other two. Finally reached out through contact info (hard to find) and was told one of the items would be here on the following monday. Nothing. Crickets.
Emailed that I wanted my money back and still nothing. Calling Credit Card company to dispute.
Too bad as the site looks nice and I thought looked reputable.

Fancy Lies
I ordered a Selfie Toaster as a Christmas present, on October 10th. After months of arduous communication and reassurances, and at least 4 false shipping arrival dates, they advised me the day before Christmas, that it wasn't in stock and refunded my money. Would have been great to know 2 months prior! It was still available for purchase on Fancy.com and never changed on the website as 'out of stock'.
The customer service representative refused to escalate my concern to her manager, as she said she was the manager. So disappointing.

Lied twice about delivery of purchased goods. Ruined my son's Christmas.
My son ordered 3 Xmas gifts from Fancy.com on 20/12. They stated all three would be delivered next day. One was delivered as promised. The other two were no shows. After a complaint about the 2 missing gifts Fancy.com stated that the 'revised' delivery date for the two gifts was 11th of January. Now, on 9th Jan, they advise that one of the gifts is out of stock and money will be refunded. Heaven only knows if and when the remaining gift will be delivered. They have ruined our family Christmas.
