We first used Finance Advice Centre 5 years ago to secure a mortgage under difficult circumstances. As we had a brilliant service back then, we decided to use them again in securing a re-mortgage. The advice and service we received from Garry Smith was second to none, and Garry made sure to keep us informed and up to date throughout the whole process right up to closure. The professionalism alongside the personal service we received from Garry went a long way in making a stressful situation very stress free.
It makes a big difference when you can tell that the person you are dealing with actually cares.

Chris Pilley was absolutely amazing. He made this whole deal as stress free for us as possible. From start to end he guided us with whole lot of patience and understanding. Excellent at communicating. Honestly not one but thing to say about Chris or Finance Advice Centre. Would highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience working with Garry Smith at Finance Direct for the purchase of my first home. I’m a self employed single parent with two dependents. On paper, lenders would not have been falling over themselves to offer me a mortgage. But Garry managed to find me the best deal by assessing my circumstances so closely that he could seek out the right lender for me.

I actually contacted him a couple of years before I finally bought, so we went on a long journey together. During that time, he gave me advice on how to improve my credit score (I went from about 550 to over 800 with his advice!) and how to prepare for the home buying process. Garry checked in with me regularly - every few months - to see how I was getting on and making sure I was heading in the right direction. When it was finally time to go, he held my hand through the whole process, offering reassuring support. Mostly it was practical advice and guidance but he was also there to hear my emotional wobbles as I stepped closer to the responsibility of home ownership.

I feel so grateful to have had his guidance and his fee doesn’t seem proportionate to the huge impact he has made to my life. Thanks Garry, you’re honestly excellent at what you do.

Really, I appreciated with the service provided by Finance advice centre. They are not helping us to get mortgages but that look after us till end of completion, even they picked up the phone any time and give us answers. Really in such nominal fees they provide best service. I really thanks to them to help me .
