Kia was great. Very helpful and made the remortgage process really easy

Was referred over from a friend and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I was nervous quite of the cost of living crisis but kia reassured me of everything helped me pick the best deal out and locked it into place 3 months prior to my deal expiring. Kia was on hand for any questions I had and was responded to quickly and efficiently. If I could of giving more than 5 stars I would! Would definatiy recommend

Our case handler Pratik made sure we got our mortgage as he swiftly and professionally dealt with our case and helped us all the way until we got the keys to our house. Excellent customer service and really friendly guys who help you through the process of finding and getting you a mortgage.
Yogesh and Pratik in particular were outstanding. They completely understand the process and Yogesh will bend over backwards to getting you the best mortage deal out there. Pratik regularly gave me an update on what's happening with the mortgage with out me having to ask.
I highly recommend these guys if your looking for a buy to let mortgage or a standard mortgage.
