Virgil has been amazing from start to finish He went above and beyond to obtain us a mortgage for our dream home. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a professional, helpful company that achieve your dreams. I will be using them again when it comes to redo our mortgage.

Our mortgage advisor was Garry, he was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and positive all the way through our recent re-mortgage, we had some negative financial history through bad times and thought that we would never get a mortgage or have to wait many years, Garry was very non-judgmental and clear that he could get us a mortgage, we were very impressed with the whole service, he wasn’t pushy like some others are, his appointments and availability were always to suit us, he really listened to our needs and requirements and the whole thing has been pretty stress free, we highly recommend Garry and the company he works for.

Using Lee as our mortgage advisor for our first purchase was a game-changer! His expertise streamlined the process, saving me time and money. He tailored options to my needs, making the daunting task of securing a mortgage a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone navigating the housing market!

Garry was absolutely fantastic to work with. It was a complex process and whilst the lender was frustrating, Garry was far from it. His communication, organisation, support and attention to detail has been exemplary and made what was far from a simple case as pain free as possible.

I was recommended Garry through a friend that had used FAC previously, I can not thank Garry enough, he took all the stress out of the process, he was in constant contact keeping me up to date, if I needed to ask a question I would call and he would answer, my application was dealt with so efficiently I honestly can not recommend him enough.

Garry has been absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend him enough. He’s been so patient with me, answered every single one of my (many silly) questions and made me feel so at ease. He was very thorough and helped me through each step, securing me the best mortgage that worked for me and made sure that it was tailored to suit what I needed. He listened to everything I told him and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on the whole time. What can I say except wow, an absolutely smooth and seamless transition thanks to Jemma Talliss and her team. Adam Taylor was also brilliant.

Can’t thank them enough as we secured our mortgage through them and they couldn’t have made the process less stressful.

We even sorted out all our other insurances through them afterwards getting the best deals to suit our needs.

Second time I have dealt with Dale regarding a mortgage. My current deal was up so Dale had sorted out a new deal for us and also got equity from the property which will allow us to do some home improvements.
