Hi yes I was very happy with Shanise as she was very polite very helpful asked me questions to encourage me to talk about my problem and above all she was very patient as I was a bit apprehensive at the beginning and basically I didn’t know what to do or say when she called me but she put me at ease and made it easy for me to continue. I am happy that I was passed on to the Lawyers and I wish and pray they accept my case! Thank you for your help Shanise.
