My first home- buying experience with the FTF team is nothing short of spectacular from start to finish!
As a less than 5 year old skilled Uk Migrant, I was very pessimistic and unsure about my chances of securing a mortgage, on a single income for that matter. But... Ripley said, "Yemi, we have got this" and oh boy, he came through !! I got my official mortgage offer within 1 month !!
Prior to that, I had met several mortgage brokers who said my chances were very vague and to give more time to build my credit profile. Some even advised that my only chance of owning a home was via shared mortgage.
