Amazing service. Called and got my product ordered right away, without any issues. Only wish the online part could do split payments, in case a gift card is used. Past that, it was great!

Everything was made easy and when the wheels and tires arrived they came all ready to be installed, and with introductions on how to set up tms and everything. This is my second purchase and so far 10/10

Rims and tires arrived as expected, no cracks no chips the only issues I had was the psi was at 55 so I had watched a review video of these guys before and I had deflated the tires to the correct 35 psi. The wheels were balanced they spline lug nuts were decent quality I switched the out with gorilla lug nuts for the security but I would definitely buy from them again.

Shipment was pretty quick, very easy to order from , and overall happy with my wheels I ordered .

Vast wheel and tire selection, great prices and speedy shipping. I ordered a complete wheel and tire package and it came with everything. Completely transformed the look of my car and everything arrived in 6 days. Wheels/tires were mounted and balanced with TPMS pre-installed and were shrink wrapped with thick foam and cardboard protecting and covering both sides of the wheels. What an amazing experience! I was a customer of a company that allegedly has a whole rack full of tires (wink), but fitment industries is now my #1 go-to. There must be a reason all these popular YouTubers are using them for their builds. My only recommendation is to implement some type of visualizer on the website to get an idea of what the wheels would look like on your vehicle. I used a separate ai app to generate images of my car’s with the wheels I ordered which worked fine, but a visualizer similar to the previously mentioned competitor would give you that extra edge when it comes to the shopping process

3rd set of rims and tires from them. All have been great!

I have never had a better experience with customer service in my entire life! I made an error in the size of rims and needed to return them and wanted to reorder the same thing in the correct size. The customer service person offered to send me all the return packing material I needed, because I wasn’t going to be able to salvage the original packaging materials to send back the incorrect rims and tires. She let me know when they received the wheels back, when the inspection was complete to be sure there was no damage upon returning them and confirmed the exact size and wheels I wanted to order new. She then let me know when the new wheels were shipped out and sent me the tracking info. I worked with the same individual from start to finish and she kept me up-to-date every step of the way. I acknowledged I made a mistake and was kind and in turn they went above and beyond and were kind to me and even made some other concessions because of my kindness in the situation. I want to give a shout out to Brittany for her exemplary customer service! I am so happy with my new rims and tires and have already gotten so many compliments!!

Wheels/ tires came as ordered. The packaging was phenomenal. I purchased wheels and tires from others and they were never packed and protected like figment industries were. Great attention to detail

I would love to do 5 stars, however 2 tires I ordered were out of round and it took almost a month to do the warranty claim for them. When doing the warranty claim I noticed a chip on the top inside of my lip on the rim, presumably due to the tires being stretched maybe something hit it in shipping I’m not sure. It’s fairly large.
