Specifically bought wheels because they said they would be delivered January 2nd, 2025 and even paid for special delivery for it to be quicker just for them to turn around and has the same delivery date as if I never bought the speedy delivery.

We ordered rims/tires for my son's Christmas present and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent! We had to reach out right after placing the order with a question and we received an immediate (automated) response, but then heard back from a person directly very shortly. They answered out question and resolved our issue quickly (a payment issue we had, not a problem on their end) and kindly. Can't say enough about the customer service!
We received notifications via email once the rims/tires were shipped and they arrived carefully packaged, on time, and looked great. We have only had them on the vehicle and using them now for just under a week, but no issues and they look fantastic!

Everything went smoothly with no issues. Shipping and packaging were awesome as well. I have no complaints

I had ordered a set of coilovers during the Black Friday sale as a Christmas gift expecting them to arrive before 12/18 but they had been placed on back order. Greg was super helpful with the whole process and they actually arrived 3 weeks early and they look fantastic. They are the tru hart street plus coils.

The shipping packaging was superb, with foam padding, cardboard, and shrink-wrap to protect the wheels and tires.

Customer support did good to give update on why shipping was taking a bit longer but when I received my wheels some of the tires were from 37th week of 2024 and I received in December of 2025 so I had lost about a year and half of the tires life when I bought them new, it says unprompted review but I received a message from them saying they wanted a 5 star review

I ordered a set of wheels and tires on 11/30. I received an email that delivery was estimated to be 12/17. Great! I am going on a road trip 12/26 and I needed the tires to do it. Just to make sure that estimate was close to correct, I called to confirm. The person who answered was GREAT. So great in fact that she said she would see if she could bump up my order to make sure it arrived by that date. She anticipated the wheels to be in stock by 12/8. Great again. All sounds good. I receive an email that says the wheels/tires had shipped on the 9th! That is way over and above! I received the package on the 12th after a one day glitch by FedEx. Outstanding effort Fitment Industries. You earned a life long customer.

These people went out of their way to make me happy. I tried to purchase a pair of open box wheels they had listed and there was an issue where they had to cancel the order. I saw them listed again and had the same issue. They apologized and said they’d ship me out 4 brand new wheels at cost direct from the factory if I wanted, just to make things right. I received my brand new wheels lightning fast and could not have been happier.
In a time where almost everything is automated and customers have little to no direct contact with a retailer, these fine people went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. What a great feeling.

Sent me the wrong hardware. Asked for lug bolts but received lug nuts. Kinda dumb for a "fitment" brand..

My package arrived earlier than projected, was really packaged well, and the wheels/tires were blemishless, fits really good, and mounted perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

My wheels arrived in two deliveries; I thought the delivery of the lug nuts was missed. I sent an email to Fitment with this information. They got back to me immediately, and they sent a picture showing that the lug nuts were in one of the wheel boxes. Great customer service and quick! Thanks

Have used fitment in the past and were fine; not sure where the quality control process has declined. My first order completely left out a 4th wheel from shipping.... it just never came. At all. Got two used / damaged wheels as well. Literally looked like the wheels were test mounted or had curb rash on the inner and outer ends.
So, incomplete order and damaged. Filled out a promissary return exchange and was told I had to ensure the wheels were packaged and returned in good quality packaging which was kind of backhanded since the ones I received looked horrendous and were sent in boxes that appeared to either be extremely old or used, damaged, or both. Fine, still did my part... im a customer, not freight or handling.

Packed the damaged ones in a better box (in an FRS.. not much fun to drive to and from FedEx with wheels crammed in)... only to receive an incomplete set of wheels in the mail, again. Im not a difficult customer but this process really was unfortunate. Its just 4 wheels. Was offered a T shirt. Will not be returning, sorry guys.
