Top shelf Customer Service. This is a great product but you must give them the correct measurements. Customer Service (I dealt with Mike) is super friendly and helpful. I would suggest talking to him before measuring to be sure you do it right. I have now replaced all the screens on my house with FlexScreen.

The majority of my screens fit perfectly, but when two didn't fit, they offered to re-do them for a very reasonable price ($10 each). Considering it was my fault as I measured incorrectly, I thought this was a great offer!

DONT FIT WELL AT ALL

Moved into a new house that didn't have screens, and decided to give these a try. Ordering was straightforward, and taking measurements was much easier with the tool. The screens fit perfectly, are well made, and I really liked how they came individually labeled so there wasnt any guesswork figuring out which went where. I will be ordering more in the near future to replace a few worn screens.

Screens very easy to install. No issues.

OMG we are so happy with these screens. They send you the tool to assist with measuring opening. The screens arrive and they fit so well. We upgraded to better screen and they are almost invisible. We actually installed one in our front door that is more for looks than use. There is no screen door that wouldn't ruing the looks of our Front Door but with this screen in place it is almost invisible. In fact our daughter says it's just a matter of time before one of us walk into it. Customer service (Mike) has been great with our questions before and after. We are HAPPY.

The screens are great! They were easy to install and look really nice.

The screens are well made, durable and make life so much easier for odd shaped windows.

over the moon with the results. our home is an 1850s Italianate home with unusual window measurements. we have searched for 12 years to the right screen. I ordered 4 as a test and now will be ordering more.

The screens are high quality. I measured as indicated with their tool, and the screens don't fit. I may have done it wrong, but as of now, I'm out over $700 for screens I can't use.
Is there any remedy for this?

This was an easy process. I ordered 2 to replace missing ones on my new house. I wish there was a color option as my originals are white. Plus a middle trim would be nice option since these do not but my others do.

I carefully measured for my screens. I did notice that one must be careful when measuring not to shorten the telescopic tool when using your tape measure. My tape measure would actually pull the end of the telescopic measurement tool and give me a short measurement. Once I was aware of this I had no problem getting accurate dimensions for my screens. When the screens came they fit perfectly. The old saying, “Measure twice and cut once”, applies to this situation.

Great product, but in the end was pretty pricey for what it is. There are cheaper alternatives locally, but this was easier to order online, and install at home.

Mike was outstanding! He looked up my previous order and entered the measurements for me! When I had to order an additional screen, he did it again. Wonderful service!
