Volo di andata: Firenze/Catania da dimenticare 😩 ritardo di 6ore senza assistenza, abbiamo chiesto il rimborso volo andata e ancora nn è stato accreditato sul mio conto corrente. Meglio il volo di ritorno: Catania/ Firenze 👍 il problema è: che nn puoi mettere un’aereo in volo la mattina dopo, se il giorno prima ha subito un guasto a un motore 😳 mettendo a rischio la vita delle persone! e’ da incoscienti!

I have marked 3 stars as to date you have only taken our flight details. On the flight day, we arrived at the airport at 8 am for 10.25 flight. Actually took to the air at 10.45pm. Missed our original onward transfer Bristol to Swansea, rebooked and missed that! Caught bus to Cardiff after 30 min wait by luck and then another hour wait to travel to Swansea. As it was now after 1.30am it was too late for our friend and we had an uber taxi, arrived home close to 2am. Approx 18 hours!

I am waiting since November but nothing…

I am waiting since November but nothing has happened yet..

I got confirmation that the case is still open with the flight company. However, due to the very long time, I am obliged to give a 1 star review, with the promise to improve it, will I receive compensation or at least a feedback regarding the case.

Emailing me about a flight recently…

Emailing me about a flight recently cancelled. How are they getting my info? Obv have a dodgy deal with lastminute.com when I haven't allowed my info to be passed on. Also, on their email to me they have a Trust Pilot image on showing 5 stars, you click it and see 3.6. Misleading! Someone else will be getting my claim.

Submitted claim in late Aug 2025 and paid in late Mar 2026

Submitted a claim in late August 2025 for a flight issue two weeks previous. After many months of being strung along we finally received the payment late March 2026 (7 months). I supplied eveyting required in a timely manner as required. They were non-responsive many times and then just appologizes for many months. Others in my party filed direct with Wizz and got their payout at 100% in only 3 weeks! On top of the pitiful service they charge a roughly 30% fee.

Multumesc Adina!

Am avut o experiență foarte bună cu FlightHelp pentru cazul meu, zborul AI1874 din ianuarie 2025, pe ruta Roma–Sofia. Procesul a fost clar și bine organizat de la început până la final. Persoana care m-a ajutat, Adina Mărgineanu, a fost foarte profesionistă și implicată. Mi-a oferit explicații clare.
