I highly recommend this florist! The regular updates and quick communication made the whole process seamless, and the flowers themselves were stunning. Plus, delivery was perfectly on time. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The flowers were not avaible at the time of my order, but I was quickly contacted and informed about the issue. They quickly came with a solution and the flowers turned out absolutely amazing. On top of that, there was no delay in the delivery either. Amazing service, really!

Everything went well. The flowers could have been bigger, though.

I placed my order from Australia for a friend in a hospital in the Philippines - the order was gorgeous and delivered on-time. Communication during the process and after (with a photo of the arrangement sent to me) - was fantastic and greatly appreciated. I'd highly recommend Floral Delights and will be using them again for sure.

Floral delights always gives us great service. They did not have the color ordered but made it up with more flowers of a different color.

The flowers were beautiful, she loved them. The communication was clear. Will definitely get more from Floral Delights.

I would like to retract my previous bad review. Customer service replaced my order with new roses. I was pleasantly surprised by this action. Company's in the Phillipines never fo something like this. A strict no refund policy. So thank you very much

First time to purchased flowers at Floral Delights PH though the sunflower was not available but they do their best to satisfied their customer, it was great and legit. Highly recommended 😍

Floral Delights PH are amazing, they go out of their way to assist you in every detail. I ordered flowers that I did not know was not available. They search and found another florist to deliver exactly what I ordered. They even added more flowers to the order as they were not happy with the size they source. They did not have to do that.

Wonderful service, and the bouquet was beautiful, ordering from Canada, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but service exceeded expectations, couldn’t be happier!

I had ordered a surprise gift for my girlfriend on a particular day for her birthday expecting her to be home as she told me originally, but to my horror, my girlfriend told me the day before that there is a change of plans and that she will be going out all day to celebrate. I then realised I needed to contact Floral Delights by email immediately as I was in a different country and ask them if they could please change the date to today (day before her birthday) if possible as an emergency came up and that nobody would be home to collect the gift. So they made a few enquiries and got back to me very quickly and they said yes, that they can do a rush delivery that late afternoon/evening. I was over the moon and my girlfriend did receive the gift. It was beautiful she said. I sent Floral Delights an email below to thank them.....

Never again. Had to give 1 star because of a NO STAR was not available.
TERRIBLE to contact. Did not even have anything close to what I ordered and pre-paid for. And what was given was advertised for less on their own website than what I did pay for. Not to mention that their substitute was withering half dead
