The quality of flowers that my girlfriend received was very old stock and after two days, the flowers were already starting to die very disappointing

Delivery service is ok, but I purchased pink roses but on the day that suppose to be deliver they dont have that pink roses so they said they will replace with red roses so i said ok because the picture they sent me is a bit beautiful with white fillers but when my mother recieved the bouquet its so ugly just the plain red roses without fillers😢😢 and the Happy Birthday balloon they dont have it so it ended up 2 hearts balloon which is not for valentine's day its for my Mother's 70th Birthday.😌😌 and letter they just write in the sticker paper and stick into the bouquet it looks ugly. Even the bouquet wrapper its not the same as in the picture they sent to me. So never order again and not recommended this shop.They apologized they wanted to get back the flower and put the fillers in but i said no need.

Brilliant and friendly and very reliable service, I order from England for my girlfriend and they deliver it perfectly with beautiful flowers every time, helping me create special moments. I really recommend it , it is by far the best flower shop I have been to and used.

Everything went just well, from communication to be just in time and the flower bouquet was wonderful. I wouldn’t have expected that it would be that easy to order from Germany and deliver to the Philippines. My experience dealing with Floral Delights was a pleasant and easy process .
It was my first time arranging to have a floral arrangement sent to my girlfriend in the Philippines to surprise her for her Birthday .
The flowers were exactly like the picture on the Website , fresh and fragrant and my girlfriend loved them along with the vase and balloon .
I will be using Floral Delights for my future Floral requirements in the future .

3rd time ordering! The flowers look fresh and beautiful, plus hassle-free transaction!

The communication was excellent. The flower quality was great. The service was excellent. How ever the courier delivered the wrong flowers which were half the size and had the incorrect card. The message on the wrong card was not received well resulting in a huge fight and ending of the relationship.

The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was on time and so fast I’ll order there again

One advice for fellow customers - please provide the recipient's phone number in your delivery instructions for the delivery person to avoid confusion when it comes to locating the destination; this florist uses a third-party delivery service.

Orders the wifey flowers from the US to her in Cebu.. Order was delivered on time and was a great surprise. Great quality service and follow up each step of the way. Will be ordering again.
