We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by your recent order. You are absolutely right—our flowers are normally delivered in proper packaging, and receiving them wrapped only in a plastic bag, along with balloons that arrived deflated and incomplete, is not acceptable and does not reflect our usual standards.
