She loved the flowers, florist was communicative and delivered the flowers on time. Would definitely buy again. I just wish the flowers in the bouqet I ordered would be more in stock rather than get replaced by a different flower.

My mom really happy when she received the bouquet, At first I was so worried might na di maideliver on date of my Mom’s birthday, I kept texting my son to followup my order, because I was working abroad. I did bit disappointed we expecting na darating sa time n ibinigay and it delivered at around 6:00 PM, atleast my mom still awake when my son reveived it. She so happy and grateful. Im not sure if have a message card on it. I didn’t ask my son yet. Anyway Thank you so much FlowerDelights🙏💜💜

The flowers were delivered in their given time range, and service was terrific. The florist forgot a balloon I had purchased, and still returned to their shop a second time to fulfill the entire order!

I am really impressed by the service quality. I sent flowers to a very remote village in Sarangani Province and it was just delivered immediately. The flowers looked exactly the same as on the website. Great company !

The bouquet was beautiful, and my fiancée loved it. The email communication with Floral Delights was excellent too, they replied quickly every time. I was a little disappointed that the rose colors I ordered were out of stock, so they had to be replaced with red and white. That said, I understand, and my fiancée still loved them.

Sending flowers to another country not being familiar with the address and I had no local phone number but they made it happen the next day after the order was placed online and sent me a picture of the delivery!!!! Fantastic service

This is my first time ordering from this shop, and definitely my last. I emailed twice asking what time the delivery would arrive, and I even ordered in advance, but still got no clear response.

I had to call customer service myself—which is the only reason I’m giving 1 star, because they tried to accommodate my requests.

But the flowers? Terrible. Super ugly and nothing like what I ordered. I asked them to fix it, and although they added flowers as compensation, it was still disappointing. Even the message card was just taped on with visible transparent tape and a piece of colored paper. Honestly, even the cheapest bouquets I’ve bought from other shops looked more premium than this one.

Never again. This is the worst and ugliest bouquet I’ve ever ordered, and it truly ruined my day.

I ordered birthday flowers for a team member. It was the first time using the service from abroad and I wasn't sure if the flowers will found their way. But they did! They were beautiful and my team member was very happy! Thank you!

They are customer focussed and solution oriented. I had order an oversea delivery in the Province in Bohol without knowing the detailed adress in the barangay, and they manage with the driver to deliver the bouquet on time.

The flowers were amazing! Sending flowers to my fiance from over seas can be difficult because you never know if its a trusted site. Not only did they send exactly as described but they followed up!
