Shirin is wonderful
Shirin is wonderful! She was prepared, patient and perfectly knowledgeable with results. To know what it is that I need to be eating, to hear that my gut has improved and be shown those results was a huge gift. Her thoughtful expertise will definitely keep me coming back. FLORÉ- Microbiome Report, Personalised probiotics, Scientific liaison officer- so helpful, good Customer Services
I recently received my second Microbiome Report from FLORÉ and also my personalised probiotics. I don’t think the service of personalised probiotics is available in the UK and I’m deeply grateful for the whole Service provided by FLORÉ.
The Microbiome report is very detailed and extremely helpful, as are the dietary recommendations. The service provided includes a 20 minute consultation with a FLORE scientific liaison officer. This is a brilliant component of the service and I recently had my consultation with Shirin Treadwell.
I cannot praise Shirin too highly. Her knowledge is amazing and she explained clearly any findings I didn’t understand and also isolated the report’s most important findings. Shirin was incredibly helpful about my diet which I struggle with due to food sensitivities. She was quickly able to come up with alternatives to things which had been suggested in the report which I do not feel able to eat at the moment.
Shirin is also extremely easy to talk to and very receptive to questions. She has a lovely manner on the phone and I immediately felt at ease talking to her. This is a brilliant service provided by FLORÉ at no extra cost.
I would also like to praise Customer Services –in particular Megan who was so Helpful to me on several occasions. She responded quickly to any emails I sent and efficiently sorted and ironed out any issues. Like Shirin, she also has a lovely and approachable manner. The faster rate of reply from customer services is one area which has vastly improved since I first started using FLORÉ.
I’m extremely pleased and impressed and shall be continuing to use FLORÉ for the foreseeable future.

Responsive to Concerns and Clear to Understand
The Microbiome Analysis Review was very helpful to understand the written report. The Scientific Liaison addressed my specific questions, spoke in concrete details, her humor lightened my tendency to worry, and she made herself readily available to follow up with me on areas if I have more questions. I feel much more empowered to take care of my digestive health.

Huge improvement with Flore Probiotics
Since starting the Flore custom probiotics I have noticed a big difference in my gut health. My quality of life is so much better now.
I also find the phone calls to go over the microbiome report very informative and helpful. It helps me to learn what else to incorporate into my diet for optimum gut health.

A welcome surprise
Shirin was so kind and open to my various questions; I was appreciative of her genuine interest to know how my symptoms are impacted and her encouragement for me to keep her updated so that the formula can be adjusted monthly if need be. I was not expecting that level of care or customization.
