I really like how the probiotics are custom made based on your gut analysis and what you need in order to balance your gut. I also like how this test is very detailed as it gives you a breakdown of your good/bad bacteria and in what amounts. I appreciate the amount of time these scientists take to analyze your gut analysis and provide the necessary supplements to reduce the GI symptoms.

Everything started out fine, but...
Everything started out fine. Their product really worked. The problems came when I tried to contact their customer support. After two months of trying via phone and emails I gave up trying. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my probiotics were a week late andI couldn't reach anybody for help. Watch out! There product helps, but if there are any problems at all, you're on your own.
UPDATE: 2/10/23 Customer service got back to me and offered to fix everything. Their solution was very satisfactory. I plan to stick with the company.

They really care...
They really care...
Shirin is wonderful! This is my second call and both times have been a great experience. She calls on time. She answers all of my questions and asks if there is anything else I'd like to address before hanging up. When I mentioned a supplement I take that she wasn't familiar with, she looked it up. Shirin asks what is working and what isn't so my probiotic formula can be adjusted. When I am speaking to her I feel like she really cares about my health and trying to help me get better. For me all of that is an indication of genuine care for me and excellent customer service!!

Very informative call
I really love the fact you have the opportunity to go over your results with a professional. Shirin was caring and informative and gave me insight to my gut health and the issues going on as well as steps to improve it. Excellent Product with Science Backed Support
I have used the Flore custom probiotics for a year, and this journey has been transformative. The issues I started with are all resolved, and the advice I received about food choices that would support my progress toward a healthy gut was just as helpful as your custom probiotics.
I was given the go-ahead to wean off the probiotics and continue adding more fermented foods. With that feedback and advice, I felt very accomplished, but even more so, I am impressed that your company's integrity and ethics are in excellent order! You could have told me to just keep the probiotics coming. Many thanks for supporting me on this passage to better gut health. I am grateful!

Sent in my replacement sample for my…
Sent in my replacement sample for my daughter. The tracking said it arrived 1/22/23. I have emailed and called the number they provided through this forum. They didn't return any emails or calls. Now the website said they just received the sample today 1/26/23. This is a time sensitive sample, who is not doing there job. And now there websites states they will return phone calls between 3 to 5 days. They have a good idea and product. But there management apparently is dropping the ball on customer service and timely execution of there product. They apparently are getting to big to fast. And us the consumers are paying the price. Going to check out other options at this time. Wish they would just get it together.

By its very nature, the clinical trial had more challenging aspects of extra surveys, higher QC standards, and inclusion criteria. Since we're a very small company, we try to keep a small but highly dedicated team to run our operations, including our customer service team. We're currently restructuring the team as well as the channels that customers can use to reach out to us like chat, email, and ticket systems. We'll be here for your family's gut health needs if you ever wish to take advantage of the regular gut health products, which would be easier to utilize and navigate.
