I’m a recurring loyal customer and though the flowers are a little pricey, they are quite well packed and prepared, and delivery has always been pleasant. No complaints from receiver so far! Whenever they are delays or uncertainties they will always attempt to reach out to provide the best updates or solution. You’re paying for good customer service.

Hi ! First of all this is my first time ordering flowers and i dont really like ordering thru whatsapp so bonus points for Flower Chimp because i could juat order thru their website. Second, i love how their staff help me with my problems regarding the date and delivery. Shout out to Ain, Zamatul and Haikey for helping me. The flowers are so gorgeoussssss !! Flower was delivered on time! Easy to communicate with Driver

Last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstance still manage to make the changes of delivery address. Will be better if there's any contactable no as phone call will be more straight forward if it is urgent .Overall is good.
