I placed my order. Had my payment confirmed twice and was first told by customer service my order was abandoned and the 2nd time they ignored me on online chat. Don't waste your time on this 3rd rate amateur company.

Flower Chimp has been my trusted go-to florist since 2020, for graduations, admission to bar - long calls, anniversaries; and they’ve never disappointed. I recently had an urgent last-minute order, and their assistant, Darshini, handled my request with such patience, clarity, and efficiency. Ordered flowers for next day delivery, they arrived wilted, the lily completely bloomed and half standing like a 60yo man at his max potential. I will never use this service. Horrible arrangement

Darshini attended to my inquiry very patiently, kudos to her. Loved the experience. However, i hate the fact that they only email us of the flower unavailability only after it’s done. Feels like the decision should’ve been done by customers. Nevertheless, the flowers are okay, just the colour is not to my liking.

Ordered the night before and was delivered well within expectations the next day. Seller was incredibly communicative on any adjustments needed to be made as well. Beautiful flowers and a delicious basque cheesecake. Reliable and of quality - would definitely recommend!
