First ever accident in 10years of me driving, other drivers fault hit me from coming out a parking space! Left alot of damage along my passenger side nearly 4k worth of damage. FMG got straight to work through my insurers to get my car fixed and on the road again within a week! Excellent finish with great workmanship, wouldn't even know it had been in an accident! Great service and help from the team helping and advising me every step of the way. They left nothing out! 5* service thankyou.

Excellent service from everyone at FMG Norwich, the car came back better than when it went in, the workmanship was first class, Sara and Anna were first class keeping us informed of the progress, Les from the bodyshop was really helpful, can't praise them enough for sorting my little Alfa Spider after someone backed into it. Would highly recommend FMG Norwich.

Easy to follow with what was going to happen next and with the progress of my repairs. It made a stressfull situation seem so easy going, calm and relaxed. My vehicle was repaired at my nearest FMG Repair Services branch in Leamington and the service was great and so was the speed and the quality of repair. I would 100% return if i was in another accident.

Was pleased with the friendly staff and the repair by upfront autos and the the friendly staff and the hire car from Enterprise. FMG kept me updated with progress.

The repair process from start to finish was exemplary. Communication excellent, staff very helpful. My car was collected from home as promised and a courtesy car dropped off; and my car was delivered in the same way when repairs were complete. Thanks to all those involved - great job.
