Happy with the repairs carried out but Curtesy vehicle not very good.

FMG Grantham were so helpful after my car was delivered to them. Got parts ordered straight away, delivered courtesy car and returned my car to me in excellent condition.

I have just had my car repaired by FMG in Plympton.. I honestly cannot fault their customer service and professionalism.. great service and a quality repair which was complete earlier than estimated.. 10/10

What an excellent service from the start to the finish.

Not entirely sure what their purpose is. I had to liaise with the garage directly, had to liaise with the hire company. And when I called them they just pointed me to one of the others. They constantly spam my phone and email for updates even though I have already provided them.

Don’t need this haste on top of trying to get your car back after 2 and a half months
