FMG Cambuslang Glasgow repaired my Range Rover Sport after an accident caused by a third party. The onboard Dashcam footage was great in speeding up acceptance of liability from the third party insurance company. Inevitable delays and re-scheduled completion dates , due to JLR hacking with accessing replacement parts, was explained by the delightful âHannahâ who was very professional and supportive in our telephone conversations. The constant updates on process were brilliant. Thank you for all your efforts in putting my lovely car back to its proper condition.

18th of October 2025 my car was hit by a careless driver while fully and safely parked at the Holidays Inn.. First of all despite CCTV FMG attempted to not accept liability... after five days in hospitality they finally awarded me a hire care HOWEVER... prior to this CWT had collected the car on their behalf without first taking the keys. Fast forward the cars written off for £700 worth of damages which was suspect to begin with and then after many many arguments the car was finally returned to me damaged both to the rear and the side by being moved with the forklift... resulting in another £1000+ worth of damages to an otherwise minimally damaged car... Kyle at FMG total loss lied multiple times about the reasons for CatB the car, upon our own inspections it was found they had lied significantly so an investigator was sent in who found all of my claims to be correct. The car was indeed not a CatB and the damages were sustained with with FMG along with the lies told by the total loss team... Fast forward to many many many many battles about the fact FMG would only pay very minimal out for the car and now actually wanted it back because ohhhh suddenly it's worth something to them.
After multiple days of trying to explain common sense to their otherwise dense team it was evident this was a case for the Ombudsman and clearly their company must be investigated fully as to why they compulsively lie, damage vehicles and then strong arm victims of this in to unfair pay outs.
I would urge anyone who's car is deemed total loss make sure you get out an investigator and definitely do not trust Kyle / David or Dom in total loss. They are avid liars and the company will not protect 3rd party damages done by one of their drivers.

Our car was picked up from and returned to our home address exactly on time. Slightly disappointed by the courtesy car, as we were initially promised the same brand as our own (Tesla).

We were directed to FMG via our insurer. From the start of the incident to the completion and return of our car... everything was A+ quality. The staff were professional, polite and courteous. Swift in collecting the vehicle, repairing and returning it. Every stage of the procedure was flawless. I am impressed and very grateful for making a horrible situation easy to deal with.
