Excellent repair of body work quick and efficient and the text messages with updates made it a great service

FMG handled the repair to my car with professionalism, transparency and efficiency. The repair was excellent, my car was collected and returned to my driveway. The courtesy car arrived on my driveway the same evening as the incident. There was minimal paperwork I had to do as it was all taken care of by the other parties involved. All in all it was a stress free perfect repair. Thank you to all staff involved! I'm impressed!

Awful company. Phone staff are the least helpful people we’ve come across, they’ve passed the buck at every opportunity, never follow-up. 2 months it’s taken to find out they’ve closed the case their side, leading us without a car and not informing the insurance company.

FMG in Hull managed the repair to my vehicle in a friendly and efficient manner. They kept me updated regularly throughout the process and actually delivered my vehicle ahead of their original target date. Thoroughly satisfied with their work and attitude.

We were so impressed with how FMG handled our repair. We were given a courtesy car while they carried out the repair to our car and they kept us updated on the progress by email and texts. Unfortunately, we were unable to open these but we phoned and updated that way. If we had been able to open the texts or emails that would have meant we could have given a 5star review.

Having had my first ever accident through my insurers Tesco's, I was directed to. FMG Norwich. From my first contact with them it has been a really good experience, from collecting my car to delivering it back to me, I was kept informed via phone, text or email every step of the way. Everyone. that I came in contact with was so helpful and answered any queries I had promptly. I would like to thank the whole team for their kindness and helpfulness towards me.

An excellent service received all round from the day of booking the car in to the day it was returned back to me from FMG HUDDERSFIELD. I had regular updates which I found useful, my car was collected and delivered back to me by two really friendly gentleman.

After calling for a second time when the first mechanic could not fix the fault FMG they didn’t fob me off but were happy to send out a second mechanic to have a look who fixed the problem within 10mins
