Wish I read the reviews before placing my order.
Customer service is terrible and perfume is far from original

I had a really disappointing experience with Fragrance Revolution Boutique. What should have been a simple sample order turned into a frustrating series of problems.

Their payment system didn't work properly, and although I eventually managed to pay, my order was never marked as paid. When I contacted them to sort it out, they cancelled the order instead of sending it.

Things got worse when I never received my refund. When I chased it up, they claimed I hadn't paid at all. I sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing the payment, and they said they would look into it. Since then, I've heard nothing.

So, no sample, no refund, and no follow-up despite providing proof of payment. Mistakes happen, but the way this has been handled is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

I have ordered from this shop more than 10 times now 😧From what I understand , they have a lot of orders and are still a relatively small team , so I think it’s important to be realistic about processing and dispatch times.They may not always be a fastest , but my orders have always arrived safely and the perfumes have been exactly what I have expected. For me , the quality and prices are worth the wait.

they do not dispatch orders within the 10 working days that they claim, lie about sending items and are unable to provide tracking information, despite the fact that they use royal mail.
they blame royal mail for everything.
THEY HAVE SWITCHED THERE PHONE OFF, THEY MAKE THER ONLINE CHAT UNUSEABLE IF YOU ASK ABOUT MISSING ORDERS AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL.
AVOID!!

I never received my order. The company doesn’t respond to my emails, I have no tracking details. Avoid

Paid for item but they are saying they haven’t received the payment so they won’t send item. This is a scam. AVOID at all costs.

I have ordered multiple times from fragrance revolution boutique and this is the first time ive had any problems. Olha from FRB eventually got in touch via message and email and have been nothing but helpful since. They couldn't apologise any more and sent a thank you gift with the order. For those saying its a scam, i can 100% assure you, its not a scam. I've had all legit fragrances and sizes every time. People make mistakes and things happen but the way they dealt with the situation has been second to none, so thank you

I never write reviews but I have been so upset and frustrated by my experience.
In summary. It’s been a month and nothings arrived. I’ve sent over 10 unanswered emails. I’m going to try and pursue a card repayment through ‘goods not delivered’. I’d stay clear of this site.

I wanted to buy a perfume as a gift for a birthday. I emailed them before ordering saying I had about 2 weeks would it arrive before then or I’ll find an alternative. Expressing concerns about reviews I read about slow deliveries. Someone replied immediately. Reassuring me and saying she would personally make sure it did arrive it time. Then I chased , got one email saying saying it was on its way when it wasn’t and then silence. I have since emailed about 8 times to no answer. It’s now been about 4 weeks. I missed my sisters birthday and I am £170 out of pocket. I am feel frustrated and lied to. I just wish someone would reply to me.

Received a fake, chemically alternative when ordered a 10ml sample of Chanel 19. Have tried repeatedly to contact the company for a refund but have as yet had no reply.

Ordered a product that never arrived. I was then promised a refund, which has not been received. Poor communication and no resolution despite multiple contacts. Very disappointing experience and not a company I would use again.

Order took a while, but being a small business it’s expected.
The aftershave was exactly what they say it is, as I’ve had the originals and it’s exactly the same at the fraction of the price. Packaged with care also. Very happy and will be using again many times. Thankyou

Horrible experience. They ignore emails and also they Will make a 1000 excuses of why the product hasn't been delivered. They Will not provide tracking numbers and Will tell You that your product was "lost in transit". They Will refund You after one month taking advantage of the shopify policy. After they have done that they Will send You an email to don't complain any further. Complete scam.

I do not feel the need to shop elsewhere ! Great service and product !

Nasty chemical concoction- in no way resembles the intended perfume sample - this went down the toilet. Clearly a total scam & am gutted I & no doubt many others fell for it. How can a website selling fake products continue trading & ripping people off so long?!!

Do NOT use this company. 1. They charge almost double than if you bought the real item, 2. the bottle and label is cheap and nasty. 3 the perfume smells different to the original. 4 they will not refund your money if you are dissatisfied. 😒

Absolutely received fake parfum

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order on 7th July and have still not received it (August 7th). I have tried to contact them numerous times (via their website and email). To begin with I got a response saying they were resending the perfume. For the last two weeks they have not responded at all. THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

SCAM ALERT! The first red flag is that the only payment option is by giving access to your bank account through a payment service called "Wallid". This means you can't pay through Paypal and there is no buyer protection.
The postage that I paid for was not used, instead, someone gained entry into my building, bypassing the security door and dropped the parcel through my letterbox! But what's worse is of course that the fragrances are fakes. I tried to report the company to my bank but no use because it's not a protected payment option. I tried to ask for my money back but the company denies everything. Awful experience and £30 went into the trash. AVOID AND REPORT!
