At that time, our PayPal account was subject to restrictions: the platform temporarily blocked withdrawals and the ability to issue refunds. As a result, we faced significant operational difficulties — for nearly three months we had no access to our funds, which made it extremely challenging to function normally.
Despite these circumstances, we did our best to fulfill our obligations and shipped orders whenever it became possible.
We truly regret that this affected your order and led to a negative experience. We fully understand your frustration and agree that you deserved clearer communication and a higher level of service.

Avoid at all costs please!
I made my order last month and never received any tracking information. I have not received my order. I contacted this business via email, they finally responded to my 2nd email claiming they “dispatched” my order and that I should’ve received it by now. I asked them for the tracking number and it was crickets from that point onwards. This website is a complete scam, you will not receive your order, please take this as a warning before you see the fake 5 star reviews! It’s such a shame that online businesses can get away with such fraudulent activities, however, I will be making a formal complaint.
EDIT: Just to let you know, as you can see the scammer has replied to my review. Nothing has been done regarding this, I still haven't received my parcel, tracking number. They have not reached out to me. Their plan is reply to bad reviews on here to imply that a resolution will take place but with the intent of not taking any action. All the five star reviews on here are fake!

It’s a complete scam
It’s a complete scam. I am not clear how they still operate and haven’t been shut down. I ordered with 5-10 days delivery timeline. Weeks later nothing I contacted support, they came up with excuse of lost in post. I then said refund me or I raise it to paypal. They promised to refund in 3 days, 5 days later nothing I messaged and they shut down the email account. I managed to get my money back via PayPal resolution. But please avoid it’s an actual scam!

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had an absolutely positive experience with this company. The perfume arrived within a week and was absolutely identical to the one I once tested at a well-known department store. The sample arrived carefully packaged in a bubble mailer clearly marked “Fragile”. Inside, it was neatly wrapped in colored tissue paper and an additional layer of bubble wrap, ensuring it was well protected during delivery. I enjoy my favorite scent Tuscan Leather by Tom Ford every day and thank the company for the opportunity to experience beauty without having to spend all the money in the world.
