Fratelli Orsini has great customer service they will reply to you by email. If an order is taking too long, they will apologize and credit you.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Incompetent. Ordered two pair of gloves for Christmas present. Has taken six weeks to do an exchange and one of them cannot be exchanged because they have no inventory or stock. Takes at least three or four days for them to return an email. Website says you can chat, but there’s no click on for chatting. They never answer the phone. When they do respond, they say things like well you can exchange it for another color in stock and then you look online and the model you wanted there are no other colors in stock. Would never order from again. Stay away.

I am sorry — a six-week exchange process, unavailable stock, slow email responses, and a chat function that does not work are all serious shortcomings, and I understand why this experience has left such a poor impression, particularly for Christmas gifts.

Scam website. Once ordered, the order is never delivered and there is no customer support.

I placed a large order as Xmas gifts

I placed a large order as Xmas gifts. Somehow they were sent FEDEX with signature required for delivery. I could not be there to receive package and could not change method of delivery. Fratelli could not do anything to change this. As a result my order got sent back to Fratelli. I have not been able to get a response from Fratelli for a refund. Very frustrating , customer service is terrible.

Ich habe 2 Paar Handschuhe vor 2,5 Wochen bestellt. Es wird mit der Lieferzeit von 3-5 Tagen beworben. Leider habe ich bis jetzt die bestellten Handschuhe nicht erhalten. Die E-Mails werden nicht persönlich bearbeitet oder beantwortet!

I ordered gloves for my wife Dec 1, 2025. Today is Jan 8th 2026 and I have received nothing. Support does not respond to emails. Do not buy a single thing from this site.

Purchased Alessandro lambskin leather…

Purchased Alessandro lambskin leather gloves with cashmere lining. In less than six months, holes appeared in the linings..Not with the money for such poor quality.

Dark Brown gloves of Fratelli Orsini…

I bought the gloves of Fratelli Orsini for my wife as a present and she is very happy with them.
=> The gloves are beautiful. The fit is perfect and the quality is outstanding.
The leather is really soft and also the cashmere lining that’s inside is smooth.
The gloves were neatly packaged and came with a bag and a leather gel.
(Though it took about 10 days from ordering to receiving them).

Ordered 9 days ago and they haven’t even shipped. Website says 2-5 days. I’m cancelling my order. Not sure if they are even in business still

Express shipping has not shipped

I ordered express shipping a couple days ago and the status of my order shows it has not been fulfilled. I'm sad because this is a Christmas gift and I have no idea when the item will be shipped and/or received.

Best leather gloves out there.

Ordered woman’s sheep skin black and used their sizing chart. The gloves are very beautiful, thick warm fit. Very true to size. They shipped relatively fast. Double packed and was given a nice sleeve to keep them packed in while not wearing.
I am truly impressed with the leather quality and will definitely be buying from this company again.
Well worth the money.
I will only buy my leather gloves from this company going forward. I was very reluctant at first but I am very happy with this company. Very easy to order too.

TRUELY, REAL REAL!

It was always my dream to have long red gloves, and they must be pure leather. Well, Fratelli Orsini made my dream come true! They are simply PERFECT. The smell of the leather, the fit was perfect, and the craftsmanship was first class. These gloves are like for "rich and famous". Thank you Fratelli Orsini. Hopefully, I will be able to buy a second pair!
