First up, I love the gloves! I have bought them as gifts for people I know would not purchase gloves this nice for themselves. But that’s not the real story. The real story is the email correspondence I had with Jhary in customer service. First of all, my question received a prompt response. They went the extra mile and gave some alternative choices. (I had wanted a pair of gloves for a Christmas gift and they were out of the size I needed ).
There was a special discount of which I had hoped to take advantage. I ended up getting the same style in a different color combination. I know the recipient love them, and I still saved some money. But the real story is the exemplary customer service I received. I’m very happy all the way around! ♥️

I ordered the Giovanni gloves from Fratelli Orsini and the shipping was very fast. The leather feels soft, the fit is comfortable, and the lining is warm. I’m really pleased with them, and now I’m just waiting for the winter to start.

Been using my gloves from Fratelli Orsini for years now and even after all this wear they are still very nice. I'm catching myself ordering new pairs every year so I can mix and match with different outfits haha! Absolutely love the quality of the leather, it keeps my hands warm even with very cold weather.

Quality of the gloves is fantastic. The leather is really soft and also the cashmere lining that’s in mine. The gloves were neatly packaged and came with a bag and a leather gel, which I haven’t used yet, but may come in handy after wearing them for a while.

Bought the leather gloves with rabbit fur and they are just divine. The leather is super soft and shapes perfectly to my hands.

The lining is something else.. so soft and warm…

Will be coming back for more colors this winter!

These glosse are really great and elegant! The leather is so soft and comfortable! The customer service was also great and helpfull for all my questions. Will buy again.

At first I wasn’t sure if these gloves would live up to the “handmade Italian” claims, but they are great.

The leather is super soft and feels premium. The cashmere lining is warm, smooth, and not bulky at all, and the fit is perfect.

The packaging was beautiful, shipping was quick, and their customer support was the icing on the cake. They answered my questions fast and helped me choose the right gloves.

Second time buying from this company because I was that impressed with the first pair of gloves. These in my opinion are the pinnacle of quality gloves (Lorenzo model). Had a slight issue with the second order but customer service was prompt and helpful in offering a solution!

I’m a European customer, and my experience with Fratelli Orsini has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite their claims that these gloves are “Made in Italy,” they were shipped from the US, and I had to pay €100 in customs taxes on top of the already overpriced €300 gloves. If they were truly made in Europe, such taxes wouldn’t apply. This strongly suggests their marketing is misleading, if not outright deceptive.

To make matters worse, the quality is abysmal. The moment I tried the gloves on, a major finger stitch came undone. For such an expensive product, this level of craftsmanship is unacceptable. It feels like a rip-off targeting customers who want to pay a premium for something labeled “Made in Italy” but are ultimately being scammed.

Save your money and avoid this company at all costs—there are plenty of other options for genuine Italian-made gloves that won’t come with hidden fees or subpar quality. This feels like a scam catered to uninformed buyers. Do not shop here!

The gloves are very soft and comfortable. I bought two pairs as the Christmas gift to my dad and boyfriend. They love the gloves very much and said it’s the best gloves they ever wore.

Customer service rep is really helpful and professional.

The gloves (mine--silk lined) are beautifully made, with careful attention to the fingertips, often badly finished by other glove manufacturers. The leather is smooth and supple, very pleasant to the touch. These are superb gloves! Plus, the customer service is impeccable.

Bei den bestellten Lederhandschuhen fehlte der versprochene Samtbeutel. Ich erhielt einen billigen Stoffbeutel. Das Lederpflege/Gel befindet sich in einem Minitütchen. Hatte mir viel mehr Qualität erhofft. Leider kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen
