I had an issue in that I ordered a pair…

I had an issue in that I ordered a pair of Marino leather driving gloves that never showed up. I wrote them questioning their location. After some investigation on their part, they proved to my satisfaction, that it was not their fault. Despite their innocence, they still chose to make it right with me. I appreciate the effort and I love the gloves. They are extremely comfortable.

Honteux

Honteux ! Quand vous commandez une paire de gants on vous promet une pochette en velours et un gel. À la place vous ne recevez qu’une pochette plus petite que les gants en tissu horrible. Quand vous réclamez on vous raconte que « Nous avons remplacé le sac en velours par un sac en coton, car la version précédente attirait trop de poussière » ! Et que le gel ne peut pas être envoyé séparément. 1 semaines après, l’offre est toujours active sur leur site. Vente mensongère.

The substitution of the velvet pouch with a cotton one should have been clearly communicated before your purchase, not after your complaint. We also acknowledge that the hand sanitiser was advertised as part of the offer and should have been included or the offer updated accordingly. Excellent product- Excellent customer service

My first pair of Diego gloves arrived missing both "female" ends of the snaps. (MFR/defect) I corresponded with Linda who was prompt, courteous and responsive. She sent me a new pair immediately.
She kept me updated with shipping and tracking of the replacement pair. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Love the gloves and can't wait to wear them! Thank you again!

Keine guten Erfahrungen

Ich habe am 16.12.2023 ein paar Lederhandschuhe bestellt, die zeitnah eingetroffen sind. Leider waren sie zu klein, deshalb habe ich sie zurückgeschickt. Das Angebot umfasste ein Ledergel und einen Samtbeutel zur Aufbewahrung der Handschuhe. Leider habe ich diese beiden Dinge nicht
in meinem Paket gefunden, sondern lediglich einen Baumvollstoffbeutel. Bei der Rücksendung wurde ich mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass ich das Ledergel und den Samtbeutel wieder mit zurückschicken müsste, ansonsten würde es mir in Rechnung gestellt. Allerdings kann man nicht zurückgeben, was man nicht erhalten hat. Die Retoure ist am 5.01.2024 bei Fratelli orsini eingegangen , allerdings hatte ich bis gestern dem 28.01. noch keine Erstattung erhalten. Ich habe ihnen in einer Email eine Frist gesetzt und mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen drohen müssen bis sich diesbezüglich etwas getan hat. Am gleichen Tag bekam ich die Nachricht, dass die Ware jetzt eingegangen sei, was nachweislich schon am 5.01. passiert ist, und sie würden mir das Geld erstatten.
Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Produit très correct, service client efficace

J’ai commandé des gants en agneau doublé agneau. Livraison très rapide La qualité est bonne sans être exceptionnelle compte tenu du prix a mon avis un peu élevé au final. Les gants ont été livrés sans boîte cadeau ni housse velours ni gel mais avec une vulgaire housse en jute. J’ai réclamé et le SAV a été très réactif et chaleureux (merci Japp ) et m’a remboursé 5€ sur paypal. C’est déjà ça.
Pas de chance mon épouse a acheté des gants avant noel et ceux là faisaient doublon, en plus ils étaient trop petit (prévoir une taille au dessus pour les gants fourres ) donc retour.
La demande s’est faite simplement sur le site avec possibilité de payer 2€ pour une assurance pour le port retour (à la charge du vendeur ) j’ai payé sachant que c’était facultatif.
Le colis est bien arrivé, après confirmation avec le site client toujours disponible, je viens de recevoir le remboursement
En résumé : à part le soucis d’emballage du produit, je reste globalement satisfait de mon expérience achat et du service client.

Unangenehmer überdosierter Geruch von Duftstoffen. Die Hände riechen extrem und langwierig nur nach Berührung der Handschuhe. Die Duftmoleküle reizen die Schleimhäute und lösen Benommenheit aus. Lüften und waschen hat nichts geändert. Die Handschuhe sind nicht nutzbar.

Nie mehr!

- Erstes wurden mir die Handschuhe erst nach Wochen zu geschickt obwohl 1-3 Werktage zugesichert waren.
- Zweitens war anstatt des Samtbeutels ein billiger, viel zu kleiner Baumwollbeutel anbei.
- Drittens fehlte das Pflegegel komplett.
- Viertens hatte der Handschuh Größe 7 Flecken.
- Fünftens wurde mir für die fehlenden Teile eine Vergütung von 5!!! Euro angeboten
- Die Rückerstattung für die zurück geschickten Handschuhe habe ich eine Woche nach dem Erhalt bei Fratelli Orsini immer noch nicht erhalten.

Gants reçus sans la pochette d’origine…

Gants reçus sans la pochette d’origine ni le produit d’entretien comme indiqué sur le site et sur le bon de commande . Reçu dans un sac en plastique et une pochette en jute bien trop petite pour mettre les gants, à ce prix c’est inacceptable. J’ai contacté le SAV sans réponse

Gants reçus sans la pochette en velours ni le gel. Envoyés dans une vulgaire pochette en plastique accompagnée d'une pochette en toile de jute trop petite pour y mettre les gants.
A ce prix, je trouve que c'est inadmissible pour des gants qui se veulent de luxe. Une boîte avec papier de soie serait un minimum pour les présenter.
Je les renvoie contre remboursement.
Le SAV parait être de qualité (contacts mails).

Das ist Betrug

Das ist Betrug! NICHT KAUFEN. Falsche Handschuhe geliefert. Kein Leder. Kein Lammfell. Keine Aufbewahrungsbox und kein Ledergel. Bei Rückgabe wird auf die "angebliche Box" bestanden. Ich erstatte Anzeige.

Gants de mauvaise qualité

Gants de mauvaise qualité. Pas d'etui en velours ni de gel pour le cuir offert comme indiqué sur le site et sur le bon de commande. Seul un vulgaire sac en jute dans le paquet. J'ai effectué un retour et obtenu un remboursement 15 jours après réception à leur entrepôt suite à de nombreux messages envoyés. C'est finalement en les contactant via la messagerie d'Instagram que Fratelli Orsini a enfin pris en compte ma demande.

Keine Geschenkbox erhalten. Aufbewahrungstasche aus Baumwolle statt wie angekündigt aus Samt.
Auf den schwarzen Lederhandschuhen waren weiße Ablagerungen.
Bislang keine Erstattung der Handschuhe (12 Tage nach Retoureneingang beim Händler).

No free sending back!

The quality is ok. the rabbit fur is very thin. you have to pay dpd for extra insurance when sending the package back, in other wise you send the pakage on your own risk.

DPD delivery & customer service

This company's webshop is working with DPD delivery service. DPD confirms delivery has been made while I have nothing received. I can not contact DPD by lack of contact details. When contacting this company. i could not be helped in english.
