Further to my recent review, they continue to send me generic responses to my request for an update on my order.

I have also requested a full refund as the order has not shipped ( according to their own tracking details) which they have refused to do.

Do not trust or use this company.

Very poor communication.
Order placed on 21st of March and still no update.

SCAM! Any one thinking of ordering.....Don't!
You will not receive it, or a refund. They have you run around chasing couriers that don't exist. It's all lies. They will also tell you that the company has changed hands and there is nothing they can do! Lies......
Hope this stops people from purchasing

Place à order the 17 January still not receive my order they juste send a email saying that they sold the store and avec no record on order historical I call that a frais worst experience I have to fill a complaint

Finger weg!!! Wir haben einen Artikel retouniert und nun ist dieser "angeblich" nicht auffindbar, obwohl die Sendungsnummer vorliegt. Der "Kundenservice" ist unterirdisch und stellt sich bei Problemen tot. Die Verbraucherzentrale haben wir informiert. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!

There 30 day promise is false.
It says you can return in upto 30 days if not happy, well they totally ignore you and there are no return details on their website.
Total scam and fake site avoid at all cost

Zeer slechte levering van Fusion-discovery. Chinees materiaal, hierdoor kunnen zij niet voldoen aan hun eigen leveringsvoorwaarden.

Klantenservice reageert helemaal niet op mailberichten.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Dishonest, Unresponsive, and a Complete Scam!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They will lie to your face, ignore your concerns, and cheat you out of your hard-earned money without a second thought.

From the start, they made big promises, but as soon as they got my money, they completely ghosted me. Calls? Ignored. Emails? Vanished into the void. And when I finally managed to get through to someone, they either fed me more lies or gave me the classic runaround.

They have no problem taking your money but will find every excuse in the book to avoid delivering what they promised. Refund? Forget about it. Accountability? Not in their vocabulary.

Do yourself a favor—STAY FAR AWAY. I wouldn’t trust this company with a single penny, and neither should you. Find a business that actually values integrity because this one certainly does not.

Meine Bestellung habe ich Ende November aufgegeben, die Ware sollte am 15.12.24 verschickt werden. Als am 19.12.24 noch nichts passierte, stornierte ich die Ware. Das wurde jedoch ignoriert und so traf die nicht mehr benötigte Ware Anfang/Mitte Januar ein. Es hat eine sehr lange hin- und hergehende Korrespondenz gebraucht, bis der Verkäufer mir die Rücksendeadresse mitgeteilt hatte. Zuvor wurden mir Preisnachlässe angeboten, Videonachweise über den Zustand der Ware vor dem Versenden angefordert.... ein Zirkus! Die Rücksendeadresse ist in Holland, so dass ich für ca. 20 Euro den Versand an den Verkäufer tragen musste. Nachdem die Zustellung am 27.01.25 nachgewiesen wurde, reagierte der Verkäufer nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten und Erinnerungen der Rückerstattung. Erst mit Hilfe von Paypal und weiteren Wochen Wartezeit bekam ich mein Geld zurück.

Normaal gesproken post ik geen negatieve reviews maar bij deze wil ik je waarschuwen om hier niks te kopen.
Op 28 januari besteld met een levertijd van 5-8 werkdagen maar nog steeds niks ontvangen. Ik heb al een paar keer geprobeerd om contact op te nemen maar ik krijg geen reactie.

Edit: Ik heb het product toch ontvangen, meer dan een maand na aankoop en zonder update van de klantenservice. Ook na ontvangst pas een reactie ontvangen van de klantenservice waarbij ze doen alsof ze mijn gegevens niet hebben.
Dus: gelukkig het product nog ontvangen maar ik ben nog steeds heel ontevreden over dit bedrijf.

Garantie afhandeling is dramatisch, net als het contact met de support afdeling.

Na 7 maanden ging onze Fusion air c pro been massage stuk.

Contact gehad met de support afdeling en ik zou uiteindelijk een nieuwe toegestuurd krijgen. Hier wacht ik nu al bijna 3 maanden op, en de support afdeling is niet meer bereikbaar. Schandalig

Ordered from Fusion Recovery on 24/1/25, initially, the first two days I had good communication from them . The update on 25/1/25 said my order had been transferred to their courier, since then I haven’t heard a thing, complete radio silence. In the last week I have sent 3 emails, no response even though their automated response said I would hear from them within 24/48 hours. Have also contacted the courier who referred me back to Fusion Recovery. The next step for me will be to contact my credit card company to raise a dispute to get my money back. Very shoddy service based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend them.

Awful company & customer service! Waited 1 month for a uk plug to be delivered to check that it definitely was the product that was faulty (air c pro wouldn’t power on)..it was! Sent a video of product not working as initially requested - quick responses up until this point from a ‘Leena A’ who was apologetic & said not a problem as product was under warranty. This was on 1st February- no response. Have since sent emails requesting an update on 4th Feb, 6th Feb, 10th Feb & through their contact us form on website on 13th Feb - each one has seemingly been ignored. This was a Christmas gift for my 15 year old son who is desperate to use it. It’s now the end of February and he still hasn’t been able to use the product! I’m currently looking into what I can do legally as it can’t be right that a company can get away with this. Definitely not a reputable company as otherwise wouldn’t be ignoring/ not responding to concerned emails. AVOID

Well I can’t complain about the customer service…. Because there is none!!! Ordered the fusion recovery boots a month ago. Website says 8-10 days delivery. Track my order shows the same thing as when I ordered and the “support” email sends off the same automated reply every time I enquire. Would be nice if there was any communication at all to let me know a delivery date. Hopeless!!

A good product but after use I have noticed that the stitching in breaking. Velcro does not hold closed

25.01.2025 besteld, nu 18/02/2025 en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik krijg ook geen reactie op mails, noch op berichten via social media! Oplichting!

Ordered on 28th January 2025. Received emails over the next couple of days saying it was being shipped, but since then it has just sat in Pending status. I have sent 3 messages by email and the company site, but have not received any genuine reply (only automated waste of time emails).
I will be contacting PayPal to cancel the payment and get my money back.
Do NOT buy from this scammer - obviously all reviews supposedly about the product are fake also.

I ordered this on the 25th of January and nothing has arrived, I have emailed the company 3 times and asked where my delivery is as nothing has changed in my order details since the 26th of January saying my order is ready, all I’ve had back is the automated email saying someone will contact me within 48 hours and then no one gets in touch!

this is the second review of this product the first review of the product was 1 star because it was taking a very long time to be delivered it took over 2 months, but when the product finally arrived I was very pleased with the product. It is a quality built product and does everything that it claimed to do, so I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review, it would of got a 5 star if it would of shipped sooner
