Mistreated at hotel quarantine. Unpleased treatment by the G4S stuff.

G4s van overtook me forcing a oncoming van to carry out a emergency stop and forcing me into the bushes at the same time.
Find the idiot and terminate their employment before someone is seriously injured or killed.

Absolute joke of an employer, you pay peanuts you get monkeys .
Management non existent , team leader mental health champion who just laughs at people with mental health , waste of space.
No caring for staff, dont care as long as you are at work .
Payroll are a joke , cant get answers out of them , it's like pulling teeth. Ignorance at it's best.

After working 20 years in the security industry for Reliance Security and Securitas Security Services working at all levels from support Officer to Contract Manager after taking my
redundancy i took a job working for G4S at Coventry University. I can honestly say that the management are the most unprofessional people i have ever worked with they target employees for no good reason and drive them out. i can only think they are on some kind of a power trip. I understand that it is a large multi national company but as for the management in the midlands UK i would advise that you give them a wide berth.

Was booked for an mri at my local hospital. Sadly my legs are gone and i struggle to do anything. Collection was supposed to be at noon but turned up at 1.15. Immediately told me that i was supposed to have s career and they couldn't take me. I explained that i don't have a career so they said look at you. Our ambulance is a sterile enviroment so we can't take you. They were implying i was dirty which is true as i struggle to look after myself. So i didn't get to my mri appointment. This company should not have any nhs contracts.

I received excellent service from G4s patient Transport on my journeys to and from UCLH Macmillan hospital over the last few weeks

Waiting shielded for Covid vaccination. Got appointment finally at guys or st Thomas. Chose guys. Eventually got through to patient transport at G4S to be told that I have to ask for a local hospital. As if I get a choice!
Typical of G4S poor service.

I cannot thank G4S enough for helping out with the new covid testing site near me. They get bad publicity but are doing a wonderful job keeping our community safe.

Firstly if I could review this shameful company with a - score I would have done. This company is operated by individuals who are clearly dishonest and do not follow their own company values. I have never come across such a disgusting, disfunctional and mis managed organisation in all my life. The company fail to act on complaints and scandal. They feel it clearly acceptable for corruption to go on within its business units. I am doing my upmost to get UK Government contracts with them terminated or for them not to be renewed.

(Cotswold Consulting) G4S has us under survalience by private detectives becuse apparently i made a Insurance claim where I parked my new car & I was out of the car & someone reversed into it, I made a simple claim with SAGA there Engineers Banwells confirmed visiting the car damage was approved for repair & it was authorised by Saga, Then West (FRAUD) decided she did not like it & instructed G4S Private detectives to interview me on video for 3 hours!! Basically Bellis was bizarre, rude aggressive controlling, bullying & lied from G4S Cotswold Consulting the secret interagation department over minor bumper damage to my new car !! G4S your really need help !! AVOID COTSWOLD CONSULTING & AVOID SAGA INSURANCE THEY LIKE TO BULLY CUSTOMERS THAT OUR DISABLED!!

Going by other comments I am wasting my time in attempting a complaint about nearly being run over by one of their vans. Called and just rings, no response through a twitter request.

I am amazed that G4S are still in business. Been trying to get a statement from them so that we can verify and pay their bills for a year .. going back to Oct 2019. Despite numerous phone calls and another one this morning this has still not been forthcoming.
How difficult is it? You obviously don't have a debt collection department.

A G4S van hit my car on the 2nd of June, I’m shocked at the poor and lack of communication. I work for the NHS and need my car to commute to work ! They have given false information to there insurance company, all in attempt to get the claim to a 50/50. The transport manager has been nothing but abusive and unhelpful, even telling me not to contact them ! Discussing behaviour to an NHS worker !

I attended the Humber Bridge car park in Hull, yesterday, at 8.00am, for a Covid19 test. My treatment by G4S was nothing short of abusive.

I was asked a question which confused me regarding whether or not I was having an 'assisted test'. Wanting to be helpful, I said that I 'didn't mind'. This member of staff then bellowed through my windscreen 'ARE YOU TAKING THE P*** OR WHAT?!!' He then slapped a laminated letter A on my windscreen - not the most sensible place to put it considering that it was raining and I might have needed to use my windscreen wipers whilst I drove to the next part!

The people who actually did the test were excellent and compassionate. It's a pity that they're having to work with G4S.

I've lodged an official complaint.

They are bunch BS people working there. I got hired did all my training and gaurdcard they made me wait the whole time during the month pretending to process the guard card but never sent it to the state. They said I’m not dependable just because I tried to change my availability per email and made me feel like the bad guy and no clear communication what so ever. They made me uneasy the whole time and thought I was going to get the assignment to work but no. During the Pandemic and trying to survive to pay my bills and support my family and unemployment was complicated. I guess good guys come in last and there is too much favoritism in this company and discrimination involve.

To many idots people work for this
Company when you complain about them they like to take revenge but I say bring It I'm not afraid
