Having ordered and paid for 2 chairs that they knew they didn’t have in stock and then said 2 weeks ago they would reimburse my money and they haven’t!!! Where is my refund on order 560128?! Do not buy from this company, I so wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered.

Communication poor and delivery time lengthy. Ordered my item on the 2nd September, online status repeatedly stated that it would be delivered to the warehouse on a specific date, this was passed by another week. Finally got an email today, the 28th saying "sent", but when trying to track my parcel online, "no parcel found" appears! Who knows when it will turn up at the door!

Geen mail contact, niks opgestuurd, nemen de telefoon niet op, na 2 maanden opgegeven.
Waarschijnelijk niet echt een scam bedrijf maar wel duidelijk onderbemand en structureel ongeorginiseerd. Links laten liggen.

Mi riferisco all'ordine 560298 del 29 agosto, che è arrivato incompleto il 18 settembre. Da allora, e dopo aver reclamato, ho ricevuto solo un sms messenger, che dice "We are working on it". Vedrò mai il cassetto della mia compostiera, che era il pezzo aggiuntivo mai arrivato?

They never sent the item and have blanked all emails regarding a refund.

Inderdaad, had ik deze berichten maar eerder gelezen..ik heb een dompelpomp besteld, niet gekregen..en ook nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Er wordt ook niet gereageerd op mijn emails.

Took a little longer than the initial time stated but I had ordered just before Christmas so I can understand why it took a little longer. It was 10 months ago and I think I had emailed for an update and got a response from them sadly there wasn't any need for me to order more from them but I would have been happy to do so. They stocked specific cat food I needed at a much more affordable price.

The lid arrived broken and despite many emails and them agreeing to send a new one I have still not received a replacement 9 months later.
They have not even replied to my last 4 emails.
Edit: I'd like to point out that the issue has not been resolved as they state below, this is an absolute lie. At the time of writing they had done nothing. I have since sent them 18 emails of which more than half have been ignored. Eventually they sent me a second lid which was also Broken!!! not only that but the broken piece was not in the box and so must have been packed broken. 5 more emails since then with still no reply.

Parts were missing, tried numerous times to get in touch. Absolute robbers, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE THIEVES

The product I received was not what I ordered. I have sent them messages twice and received no response. They are in another country (Spain) to me (uk). Not sure how I can take it further for an item under £20! Don’t buy from them 😡

Des escrocs!

Après un retard important j'ai demandé des nouvelles, ce à quoi on me répond "toujours en préparation".
Je demande l'annulation ainsi que le remboursement de ma commande, on joue aux sourds et comme par hasard je reçois un mail seulement après quelques minutes comme quoi ma commande serait envoyée. J'essaye de la tracer mais elle n'a été effectivement envoyée qu'après 7 jours.
Finalement, je reçois qu'un partie de ma commande l'objet le moins cher 11,40€. Ma commande de potager 75€(+12,90€ frais d'envoi) n'a pas été envoyé et aucune nouvelle malgré plusieurs mails!

Quelques minutes après avoir laissé mon commentaire sur Trustpilot (voir plus haut) ils répondent à mon mail.. quelle belle coincidence. Ils vont se renseigner auprès du transporteur. J'ai tracé l'envoi et il n'y a qu'un seul colis qui a été envoyé dont le poids et dimensions correspondent au produit envoyé, la cannisse en roseaux! Le potager (dont le poids est beaucoup plus lourd) n'a pas été envoyé! Je demande le remboursement!

Le 3 octobre je reçois un mail pour dire qu'ils ont reçu la marchandise dans leur entrepôt?!
Ainsi que je serai remboursée dans les meilleurs délais, 5 à 7 jours. Visiblement nous n'avons pas la même notion des meilleurs délais.
Après plusieurs relances on joue au chat et à la souris. Je vais entammer des démarches contre eux via mon organisme de payements.

Je suis étonnée qu'ils existent encore.

Commande 524188 passé le 5/06/2020 pour un montant de 337,52€
La commande a été envoyé le 16/07/2020, elle n’est JAMAIS arrivée (soi-disant un problème d’adresse, alors qu’il m’avait déjà livré auparavant !!! ouppssss un coup de bol)

Après PLUSIEURS mails de rappels de ma part…

Jardinitis : le 12/8/2020 « Nous allons contacter le service transport pour nous renseigner. nous reviendrons vers vous. »

Le 21/8/2020 il me rembourse 18,76€ !!!!

Le 25/08/2020, je leur envoie par mail, la copie du tracing du colis, le colis à été réceptionné chez eux le 27/7/2020 !!! (là je rêve ...)

Jardinitis : le 01/09/2020 « Nous vous informons que nous avons reçu la notification de retour de votre commande, nous la gérerons dans les plus brefs délais. Nous sommes désolés du dérangement. »

Jardinitis : le12/09/2020, réponse : « Nous réclamons la comptabilité»

Jardinitis : le 17/09/2020, réponse « Nous traiterons ces informations avec le service en charge Dès que nous aurons une réponse, nous vous recontacterons. »

Franchement, je ne comprends pas comment cette société pour continuer à faire de la vente !!!

J’ai prévenu mon organisme financier, ils vont introduire une plainte sur la Plateforme européenne pour la résolution des litiges de consommation.

EMPRESA FRAUDULENTA. Não devolve o dinheiro das encomendas devolvidas! Inventa guias de entrega! NÃO PASSA FACTURA! Vou fazer queixa às finanças e às autoridades para investigar este esquema de roubo! Eu devolvi a lâmina à mais de 1 mês e o dinheiro não é devolvido! Primeiro faltavam fotos, depois faltava o comprovativo dos correios, depois iam mudar de armazém, agora querem uma guia que não existe!!! FRAUDE! BURLA! Ao mais alto nível! O comprovativo dos Correios Portugueses tem a data de 3 DE AGOSTO, como o dinheiro não tinha sido devolvido, enviámos o comprovativo à empresa no dia 24 DE AGOSTO!
REPAREM COMO ESTA EMPRESA ABRE UMA DATA DE PÁGINAS PARA QUE OS CLIENTES NÃO SIGAM AS QUEIXAS!

My order was placed and paid for several garden items, none of which were received. Despite a considerably delayed despatch date expected in September from a May / June order date I wasn't given the option to cancel my order. Then a further delay again to an October despatch date, at which point I asked to cancel the order. Several emails confirming order has been cancelled, but as with other reviewers, no refund given and unable to get anywhere despite various emails via the 'contact' form chasing this up. Jardinitis Please action my refund for £39.15 for Order no 547867 with immediate affect. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory service.

As you can see from their reply, nobody is interested or willing to process a refund. Much like the plethora of email replies telling me I've been already refunded, they are 'generic' replies and simply not true!!! Even TrustPilot post no leads to any clarification or refund. Avoid this company at all costs....

Although not UK based the product arrived promptly and was easy to set up and install the watering system and has performed perfectly

I get my dogs vitamins from here at a reasonable price ,always arrives well packaged and on time ...excellent service
