Effortless and seamless

Leah at Spencer Churchill was my Case Handler. She was diligent, persistent, professional and kept me updated accordingly. I got the desired result in the end and that was an emphatic win! In particular I got compensated and I was very happy with the outcome. Mis- sold pension
Despite the very long and at times frustrating wait in the process , the outcome was amazing.
Maryam updated me regularly about actions taken ; progress and she was brilliant.

I have been dealing with Leah and Lucy for the last 2 years and must say that the process has been slow and steady but I have been kept up to date at every step, and finally recieved my settlement last week.
