My experience was great because I knew my claim could take sometime. What helped me I was informed all the the way of it's progress.
Because of their professional service Spencer Churchill are now dealing with another claim on my behalf.

Kept me informed all through the process and had a fantastic outcome.

The process was simple and was fully kept up to date throughout the process they worked extensively behind the scenes only contacting me for any additional info they needed would thoroughly recommend using them

From start to finish the the service was excellent,as we were going through the Covid period at the time of this claim the staff were on top of the process all the time and kept me updated on a regular basis, I couldn’t have been happier with the service you provided for me, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great service well done

The people o. Phone.explained everything so I understood procedure always polite.
My only criticism is the cost how much was charged for service.

They got me an award for a poorly advised investment.

I thought i had lost my pension as the pension company would not talk or correspond with me then i found a advert for Spencer Churchill and that was a Godsend they helped me get a payout and with little trouble. Thank you Spencer.

Excellent advice and service from Leah Chung who persevered with my claim which was to be honest groundbreaking as it concerned myself as an ex serviceman who was wrongly advised on my resettlement to move my pension to civvy (bad decision) . Despite constant blocking in my case and every obstacle put in her way she got a successful settlement for me in the end and I am very grateful and happy after years of going round in circles… a service that got me through where others said it was impossible…
