Needed full coverage

Needed full coverage. Couldn't talk to anyone because no one will contact me. Needed full coverage. I want to cancel and I need a refund. Haven't used your liability on a financed car! Could not get full coverage thru you because you wouldn't get back with me.

This experience was great for me because I was able to get affordable insurance for my car. The representative I spoke to was very nice and comfortable to talk to. Overall experience was good will recommend.
