Paid over £50 quid for a toy puppy for my daughters birthday, and it was absolutely nothing like the advert, it is cheap and tacky and does nothing it stated it does on the website, gone straight in the bin as it would cost me to return it.
My advice would be to stay well clear of this thieving scamming so called company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I order a toy for my son’s birthday which they advertised as suitable from 10 months plus. After it taking weeks to arrive, I open it to find the product states that it is only suitable for 3 years plus because of small parts that a younger child could choke on and with parts not in the box that are pictured on the website. After contacting customer service they told me I could return the product to China but I would have to pay the cost of the return. They repeatedly sent me the same response when I provided them proof that this was their fault and kept telling me they had sent me the correct product and it was my responsibility to pay the return costs. They have fake Trust Pilot reviews on their website which suggest they are rated 4.5 stars, it was only when I came on here to write a review that I found out the truth. Do not order from them!

Ordered a clock paid £40 for it individual numbers so you attach your self these where made of paper not metal like described disgusting product what a waste of money and sending it back to china is a joke at your expense Please please do not order from this site an absolute disgrace so looking. forward to putting our clock up. So sad people do this to other people when we work hard for our money

Una verguenza. Compramos una lampara el 8 de Junio del 2025 y todavia no ha llegado hoy 19 de Octubre. Prometieron reenviarla, pero nunca lo hicieron. LLevamos meses enviando correos y siempre dicen lo mismo. no cumplen no responden y no se hacen cargo.

Trustpilot you need to introduce some negative (-ve) stars!! What a pile of rubbish - miss sold in terms of what I expected and what I got. I agree with all the reviews. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. No more to be said!!

Do not buy from them, scammers and nock off products. Saying i need to pay for postage to send back to China or they can refund me 15%. Terrible

TOTAL FRAUD!! I never leave reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable. The item I received was not as advertised, described as linen, but actually a shiny polyester fabric, and it arrived without any tags or branding, in the worst quality imaginable. I returned it immediately with full tracking, yet after over 3 months and over 15 emails, no refund has been issued.

Each message from customer service repeats the same lines "we will forward your message to the relevant department” or “please wait 5–7 more days.” No action ever follows, no accountability.

The company also made me pay return shipping to China from the UK despite the product being misrepresented and nothing like the photos. This is deeply misleading. They are COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. STAY AWAY!!

Appalling product. Took forever to arrive as shipped from China. Arrived in a smashed up box like it had been kicked to my front door step all the way from China. When the item made it out of the box it was an absolute shambles - flimsy plastic. Immediately requested a refund, as is my right within 14 days, met with a wall of stony silence. Customer service arguably worse than the tat they flog online. Avoid at all costs. Embarrassing.

Compré una gafas de aumento para leer el 9 de julio...un engaño, unas gafas de plástico, no se veía nada por ellas...Solicité la devolución...que mandara fotos, el albarán (que nunca enviaron)…correos de ida, correos de vuelta, hasta que por fin aceptaron la devolución, y me dan la dirección para devolver las gafas (por supuesto, pagando yo el envío, ellos no se hacían cargo). Envié el paquete el 1 de agosto, pasaba el tiempo y ninguna respuesta. Les escribo en septiembre, no sabemos nada del paquete, contacte con la mensajería, así varias veces. Hablé con mensajería, me dicen que el paquete está retenido en la aduana y que tiene que pasar a retirarlo el destinatario con la factura...Glasskin se desentiende, haremos la devolución cuando el paquete llegue a nuestras instalaciones, varios correos correos y misma respuesta...hasta que el 3 de sep. me dicen que ya han hecho la transferencia el día 3 de sep. y que en 10 días hábiles tendré el dinero (desconozco si fueron o no a retirar el paquete en la aduana) Pasa ese tiempo y vuelvo a escribir...la transferencia se hizo el día 9 de septiembre, en 10 días... pasa ese tiempo, el 27 de sep. vuelvo a escribir... el reembolso se hará el 4 de sep. Les vuelvo a escribir si me están tomando el pelo, ya que el día 4 ya ha pasado...me contestaron que que el reembolso se haría en 48 horas y que tardaría 7 días en llegar...sigo esperando, aunque ya doy el dinero por perdido...un estafa... y todavía siguen anunciando las gafas por la tele...

anche io truffato! ho ordinato 2 Power bank e sono arrivati non funzionanti! mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero spedito un Power bank un cambio, ma dopo 2 mesi ancora niente! se gli scrivo mi risponde sempre una mail automatica

I found this company to sell lowest quality item at high prices that fail and zero chance of getting a refund. Terrible, please do not buy from them

FRAUD!!! Avoid avoid avoid! They send faulty products then when you complain they want evidence and say you must return the product (to China…) at cost to yourself before they process refund. Absolute scam! I just only wish I came on here first, as I only went by the product reviews on their website, which are conveniently all 5 stars (obviously all false and have been written by themselves!)

Yes i've been scammed. Cheap and faulty........i contacted customer "services" pointless as they'll just laugh.

FRAUD COMPANY! I made the purchase which links to SHOP. The processing of the order then shows, the bar did not move through the processing stage which made me act and email the company. I received the same automated email from Louise who told me the order has been lost without being dispatched! I then emailed to state I had read Trust pilot reviews and that I had contacted my bank regarding the payment and that I would be logging it as Fraud. I received a email stating I had chose my option even though I had not received any options from the company. Refunded within two days and it states on each email No refunds just replacement of product. DO NOT USE.

Took forever to arrive from China. pendant light is made of chunky plastic, badly made. cant be worth more than a tenner. we paid over 80 pounds. feel scammed...
