I ordered a Fox Sonar for my daughter in October for Xmas. How ever when we opened it at Xmas the instructions' said not for use around Dogs. None of this was mentioned in the advert! !!! No refund as they say 30 days . T his is a shameful firm . I wish I had read the other Reviews before hand .Not interested in customer satisfaction only £££

Avoid at all cost- lights were cheap trash, all plastic and not glass as described. Wiring was dangerous and so I requested a refund. Shipped tracked back to China with DPD but they never got there and they are refusing to refund or even answer my emails. Worst decision ever, criminal company.

Ordered 4tb ssd and received 128gb.

As others have said total waste of time. Luckily for me I paid through PayPal. Numerous emails sent and replies with apologies and promises of another ssd going on for over 2 months, I ended up contacting PayPal for refund. PayPal refunded within minutes of my complaint. AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY AT ALL COST. IT IS A SCAM.

I bought a bag early November. When it arrived 3 weeks later it was nothing like picture. Cheap tatty rubbish.
I complained and was told to return tracked at my expense to China! On their site not obvious where they are based.
They tried offering 15% discount and I keep bag. No use I would never use it. Then went up to 20% but no more than that.
I was fed up by then and went to PayPal Dispute with emails and photos who refunded my money immediately. So please everyone don’t buy from them.

Ordered a £65 telescopic hiking stick on 5th November 2025 which I wanted for an event on 30th Nov. Glasskin appeared to be a genuine UK company. After 2 weeks it hadn't arrived so I chased the order, only to find they hadn't sent it until 14th! They apologised and sent me a tracking link which didn't work. It's now 9th December, 34 days after I ordered it and still no sign of it. Do yourself a favour and AVOID at all costs. I've opened a PayPal dispute so should get a refund. Oh and by the way, Glasskin told me I have to pay if I want to return it (if it ever arrives ffs!!).

Sent an item that was nothing like what i had paid for. Which was clearly sent from within the uk as evri collected the day after i ordered. On receipt i requested a return and full refund only to be told i have to ship to china at my own expense in order to get a refund!!! IThey even had the cheek to offer me 20% of price Anna me get to keep the useless lump of plastic sent.. I'm. More angry at myself for not checking company beforehand

There is no customer service
And no returns or money back
I reported them

Ordered a watch from this company, with a 3 day processing and 10-12 day delivery. After 2 weeks, the item had still not been processed or forwarded to the courier. After many emails with requests to cancel, I was finally promised a refund, which appeared a few days later. I'm not convinced that this company ever held stock of the item I was after, and potentially made a few pence interest looking after my money for me.

They're the worst online shopping outlet ever.

This is a scam company.
The coat that arrived looked absolutely nothing like it described and was made with terrible fabric and looked about £5 not the £60 I paid. The coats were completely different. When asked for a refund they said i had to pay the huge postage back to China to get my money back!

Literal thieves. Avoid at all costs

I guess I have been scammed, no response to my email, tracking number doesn’t exist.
It’s very sad I just wanted to surprise my man.

Stupidly, I did not check Trustpilot before ordering the same £40 clock as a previous reviewer. I have been totally scammed: the 'clock' is beyond rubbish, poor quality & unuseable. Straight in the bin. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered a pair of porch lights with express shipping. They arrived after 3 weeks, one was smashed. They initially refused a refund, then agreed to refund the broken light, but insisted that I pay to return the undamaged light to China before they would refund it
This is in breach of UK legislation.

PLEASE DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
