Great Service
I have used gogo Boilers for the last three years having got fed up with BG and their so called service plan. I have had nothing but great service, easy to book, arrive on time and very clean work. BG were in and out in 10 minutes, Dave T who has done the last three services is really helpful. I have also had a new thermostat and yesterday a replacement part because of a leak. Dave explains and shows you what needs doing and tells you the price so you know exactly what is going on and the cost. He is also a really nice bloke. Gogo boilers are my go to company without a doubt and I hope Dave does my future services.

Very quick service
Very quick service. I book an appointment on the Friday for the following Monday. A new boiler was required and installed on the Tuesday. They registered the warranty for me. Stress free service, would definitely recommend!

GoGo fixed a job that the first company failed to complete correctly
GoGo fixed a problem that another company failed to complete correctly. The other company didn't finish the job and then went out of business! GoGo found the problem during a boiler service. If they hadn't found it we could have had a big problem. Not happy with the other company as we needed to find the money to correct the problem on a pension.

Avoid no understanding or consideration
I have a 1 year old, itâs September and weather is cold. Never had an issue with an annual boiler service before. Engineer said he has to switch off the boiler and hot water because there is no cabinet built around the boiler. I told him to give me 24hours. He refused and also said my boiler is on its last legs and quoted be £3k+ for a new boiler. I went from Friday to Monday without heating and hot water. No understanding no consideration. Called another company to do the service who charged 30% less than gogo boiler for the service and told me gogo boiler service quote for a new boiler is âextremeâ and my boiler has at least 3 years to go.

We sincerely apologise for your experience. After conducting a thorough investigation, including a review of the engineer's report and pictures, we have determined that the installation does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, Gas Safe regulations, and safety standards. Additionally, the boiler is located in a shower room very close to the shower, which poses a risk of electrocution.
As safety is our top priority, we have taken the responsible step of shutting off the boiler and leaving a warning notice advising against its use.
The boiler quoted for is a high-end model with a 15-year warranty. Other comparable makes and models typically start from £2,350, which includes a larger unit and a tailored cupboard cut to fit.

Amazing job and good value
Steve and the team were amazing start to finish - they were professional, knowledgable and the best priced out of the 5/6 quotes we got. The two engineers who did the installation were so quick and efficient and they did an amazing job removing the old immersion heater and installing a completely new gas pipework and boiler in our home.
