We had problems with our new radiators…
We had problems with our new radiators warming up. After replacing valves, pumps, pipework and balancing the system, the issue was still not resolved. We were depressed in a cold house, ready to give up and move. We explained the situation to GoGo and they sent Richard. Richard was determined to find the problem. After eliminating potential issues one by one, he finally found an issue with the 2 year old boiler's heat exchanger. An amazing heating engineer, knowledgeable, patient and takes pride in his work. Will never use any other heating engineer again.

GoGo Boilers - very pleased & surely recommend
Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Steve from GoGo Boilers. I had called in due to a boiler issue and he was not only very responsive but also sent his team to look at it at the earliest.
Steve also offered some great advice on the next steps and the new boiler that I would need imminently.
Would definitely recommend GoGo Boilers to anyone looking to replace or for help with their boilers.

Water tank issue
After struggling with issues in my water tank and going through four plumbers and two electricians—with no resolution—I finally contacted Go Go Boilers. Steve was absolutely amazing. Not only is he responsive and efficient, but he also has a reassuring and professional manner that immediately put me at ease. He quickly identified the exact issue and resolved it without any fuss. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise and would not hesitate to go back to him in the future. Highly recommended !

Great Service and Great Price!
My cooker hose had sprung a gas leak and so the council closed off my gas. I called GoGo Boilers and a wonderful engineer called Steve came round the very next day and fixed it. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing and the price was really reasonable! I would highly recommend this company and this engineer!

I would just like to say a big thank…
I would just like to say a big thank you to gogo boilers for repairing our boiler today. After various phone calls to various companies, they actually answered the Phone and the engineer arrived in the 2 hour time slot. The engineer fixed the boiler within the hour and only charged us £78! Being pensioners we were really grateful. 😁

I required a boiler service and the repair of a plumbing leak and GoGo were able to send an engineer the same day. Great service, work done quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price.

I AM NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL.
Feb 20 I phoned about my boiler leakage and explained the problem. I was told an operative would be with me on Feb 22.
Feb 22 I waited in all day and NO operative turned up or even called with an excuse.
Feb 24 called your office and explained the problem, operative was booked in for Feb 26.
Feb 25 operative called to say he could be with me shortly. He arrived and immediately proceeded to fill out his work sheet whilst I explained the problem, he shortly said, “I know exactly what is the problem”, took off the front cover, had a quick look, then put the cover back on, completed his paperwork and said “That will be £90 plus Vat, you need to get in touch with Vaillant and get their engineer out to repair or GoGo can do it”, he then packed up and left.
Total time actually being at my residence was maximum 10 minutes.
If he was able to diagnose the problem before taking the cover off then why on earth could my original enquiry not have been dealt with over the phone to just call Vaillant and then saved my waiting time, resetting the boiler at 6am on the days of it not working and the damned £90 plus Vat, just a rip off. We have carefully reviewed your complaint and apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced. This or no other complaints have come to our office from you, where we would be giving the same reply.
We installed a new Valliant combination boiler 4 years ago, which has been working and regularly serviced by our team. Back in December 2024, you called our office as the boiler was leaking. We sent an engineer to investigate and found the automatic air vent was leaking. A rubber hose was attatched, which will discharge outside the boiler, also a bowl was there to catch the water. This was removed and cleaned, and the engineer returned on Christmas Eve to renew the faulty part. Again, as a good will and respected customer, there was no charge. This work is covered by your Valliant warranty, but we carried this out as a good will, knowing the manufacturers would not be available over the Christmas period.
On February 20th, 2025, you called us as the boiler was leaking again. We made an appointment to investigate, but regrettably failed to turn up due to various events and delays with that engineer on the day. However, we arrived with a suitable appointment with you and found that the previous part we fitted was faulty and causing the leak.
On this occassion, we advised you to call the manufacturer as you have a 10-year warranty for parts and labour and a quick diagnostic solution. We would like to acknowledge that the £90.00 charge for this service was paid without dispute, and the engineer was unaware that this is covered under warranty. A call to the office would have confirmed this.
The amount you paid, will be refunded without dispute. We will follow up with you via email to request your bank details for processing the refund.

This is my second time using GoGo to fix my bolier, and they have always delivered an excellent service.
Thanks, Steve T 😊for coming over and fixing that old back boiler and charging a fair price. Bolier stopped working a few days ago, and I was so worried that I might have to get a new boiler, but GoGo Boiler were able to fix it, and it is all up and running now.

New Boiler Installation
Had a Worcester Bosch 1000 boiler installed by GoGo to replace our existing boiler.
Quote was competitive and advice given was excellent. Was given a wide range of options as to what choice of boiler and cost. Also provided excellent advice on where the install was to be done. Outlined all the work to be done and how pipework would be run.
Installer arrived early on the day of installation and straight away set to work. Made tidy work of the install and it looks very clean. Pipe work is excellent and clean. Site was left clean and tidy.
Only note of disappointment was the installer failed to bleed any of the rads. This did cause an issue (boiler wouldn’t ignite after re-pressurising the system) after I bleed and balanced them. I’m sure it was oversight but just something to be aware of.
Boiler is working all okay now.

I'm pleased that we chose a GOGO company to change our old boiler. You can see that the engineer has a lot of experience. Has a great attention to detail and found that one old pipe is linking and solved this problem. High recommend this company

Had a boiler fitted
Had a boiler fitted, the engineer Richard was timely and tidy. Knowledgable and able to give good advice for different queries.
Steve at the office was pleasant.
All round a good experience, would use them again. In fact booked a service with them for next year.

Steve Bowden at GoGo Boilers was truly amazing. A very experienced gas engineer who diagnosed the problem straightaway and resolved within 2 hours. He was very professional and easy to get along with. It took our insurers Admiral over 2 weeks to try and resolve and they left our boiler in a worse state after they tried to resolve the problem. I highly recommend GoGo Boilers to fix any boiler problems and they have made our Christmas as we now have a warm home and hot water. Thank you GoGo Boilers!
