New boiler
We had a service carried out on our boiler and it was found during the service that our boiler needed to be renewed. This was arranged quickly and installed for us a couple of days after our service. The engineer was professional, tidy and answered the many questions that we had! Will definitely be using for our annual service.

New Boiler
GoGo boilers are a very good company. They react quickly to your needs and give a great service. We had a new boiler fitted by Ronnie and Paul. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. They tidied up after themselves and left only after making sure we understood how to operate the wireless timer/thermostat. Very pleased and will be happy that GoGo will be doing the services on the boiler.

I received excellent, competent professional service from GOGOBOILERS during a routine check of my boiler. Dave T carried out the work with minimum disruption and gave me good advice. I have used this company for several years and will continue to do so.

I was not at the appointment to meet…
I was not at the appointment to meet the engineer, however my daughter was in. She said that the engineer was rude and abrupt and this is not good customer service. I certainly need a new boiler which explained to me when I got there. Unfortunately, I will not be commissioning your service to install the replacement boiler for me, but thank you for your time.

Get the Job Done!
Firstly, they rang back when they said they would and turned up as expected and the job was done was done expertly and quickly. So pleased as I was fed up with Plumbers saying they will come and don't or coming and then never sending a quote. Go Go Boilers came and just did the job. I will (and already have) be recommending them to all my family and friends. Thank you

Contacted GoGo Boilers after my boiler…
Contacted GoGo Boilers after my boiler stopped working. Came round in 20 minutes and worked tirelessly to solve the problem. Very helpful with guidance and explanations of what was needed and what was undertaken. Was also extremely impressed by their honesty on a matter about which I would obviously have had no way of knowing. Thoroughly recommended.

Installed within 2 days of quote
Called GOGO on recommendation. Installed within 2 days of quote, they were clean and tidy, gave us instructions how to use the boiler along with the guarantee and will remind us for the service each year. would definately recommend.

first time using GO GO boilers
had been let down by multiple engineers from different companies, by chance saw the main shop popped in and arranged for engineer to attend. turned up on time and prompt carried out all works and returned heating and hot water, would recommend them to anyone.

Trustworthy
The engineer was very professional and thorough. He very quickly identified the problem but encouraged me to contact the manufacturer as the boiler was still under warranty. I appreciated that he was giving me the best advice, rather than encouraging me to spend money unnecessarily. I will definitely turn to them again in the future.

Great workmanship and very caring
The company was very accommodating and realised the urgency of the problem of having an aging boiler which we weren't prepared to change just yet during a cold snap. Instead of just trying to sell us a new boiler they were really respectful and sent someone round quickly to deal with the issue which wasn't an easy job. It felt like we could really trust them as a company and cared about what we thought of their workmanship. Thay will be our go to plumbers from now in. Thanks

I had a lead pipe leak somewhere within…
I had a lead pipe leak somewhere within the wall Richard located the leak and promptly replaced the pipe, which enabled me to have hot water! The job was completed with replastering and painting the area to a high standard. Happy to recommend go go boilers

Excellent service from GoGo Boilers
Excellent service from GoGo Boilers. Right from the start, the person I spoke to in the office went out of his way to book me an appointment as soon as possible to have a dripping kitchen tap fixed. Gabby arrived on time on the day, sourced an identical replacement tap and went to get it. Returned and fitted it within an hour. She was polite, helpful and extremely good at her job. Would highly recommend GoGo Boilers.

Great people great price!
I called this morning and have already had our query dealt with. Not only were they quick but done the job with a smile on their face and at a very reasonable price. Our engineer was Gabby and was fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

Boiler installation
I needed to have boiler replaced quickly due to the old one leaking badly. Sharon & Steve were a massive help moving the original boiler installation date forward so I would not be without hot water or heating for xmas period,which would have been a strong possibility if they had not helped us . The 2 guys who came to do the installation arrived early, tidying the site when they left and talked us though the new boiler features.Go Go boilers were a massive help to me and I would recommend them , great service.

Booked a boiler service with GoGo Boilers. Dave called to let me know he was on his way, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Also I found that the web enquiry communication was great, quick responses and very accommodating.
