Top quality product and service would highly recommend

A quality well made Gazebo that will last well. It's a great size will give good shade and weather protection. The storage bag is a perfect fit and the wheels make it easy to move around. It was fairly easy to put up for 2 people and the instructions help yhe process.

I needed to contact customer services with an issue and I got very quick replies that solved my query very quickly. Great kudos to Jon for his above and beyond service at the weekend.

Took a chance from what I had seen online and couldn’t recommend the product enough. My only regret is I did not buy the four sides on the original purchase as you can save £50 buying it altogether. Over the three months of various weathers and it has been flawless to set up. I hope nothing breaks but it’s nice to have the opportunity to buy a spare part if required.

We bought a 3 x 3 Gorilla gazebo because it scored so well in the Which reviews. It's heavier than most but is an excellent gazebo, easy to put up and take down and really robust. Unfortunately on its first outing it suffered minor damage to one leg from a reversing car. We enquired about replacement parts and the company replied within minutes. We ordered a replacement leg section which was very reasonably priced and arrived within 48 hours, and it took only 10 minutes to fit after watching their video instructions.

We will be telling everyone how brilliant Gorilla Gazebos are - both the company and the product.

If you are looking for a gazebo, just buy this one. Yea, they are twice the price of the cheap ones, but it will last 10 times longer. Very easy to put up, even with one person, 100% waterproof, they can link together with a gutter in-between, they come with sandbags, ropes and a carry case. I've just used them for a garden party in the Great British summer and they performed brilliantly, even in the wind.

Absolutely fantastic gazebo. The quality is extremely good. We went camping for a long weekend and the wind at some points was very strong. We put all 4 sides up during the strong winds aswell as ensuring the guide ropes were out and the gazebo didn't budget. It stayed solid where we placed it and pegged it in. The material on the sides cleans well and I am impressed with how easy the whole thing is to put up.
We had an issue with the delivery of the frame and once I contacted gorilla gazebo and the delivery company they used the problem was solved so quickly and they were really understanding. I can't fault their customer service at all. They were fantastic!

On first use of our Gorilla gazebo before we could finish erecting the gazebo a strong gust of wind lifted it into the air and it ended upside down on a post. Unfortunately the roof sustained a tear. Jon was excellent and arranged for me to collect some material so that I can repair the damage. Very impressed with the service.

My gazebo was damaged in strong winds with one part broken that was not on the spares list. Messaged these guys to ask if the part was available. John came back to me and sorted this, part arrived day after ordering. Great service, very helpful. Thank you

Fantastic gazebo for the money.

I normally go through one gazebo a year due to living in a very windy place.

This is by far the best quality one I've bought.

Delivery, quality and after sales service all fantastic.

I have ordered various gazebos through gorilla gazebo for various events and parties etc. The customer service is excellent, delivery is quick. But more importantly the quality of gazebos are spot on. Wouldnt go elsewhere. They have lasted through various storms in scotland. We always get comments on the quality of them. Anytime i have had to contact this company, the service has been 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!

We lost our Gorilla Gazebo Canopy in the recent storm and contacted Gorilla and were directed to the Spares section. Ordered a replacement Canopy and this was delivered in three days. Excellent service easy to deal with and a quality product. thoroughly recommended.

You must buy a gorilla Gazebo I live by sea front . And believe me roofs been ripped off buildings trees pulled up . There is me standing proud looking at my Gazebo still standing strong 💪 . They are the best

Put our gazebo up June 2022 and it's still standing after all this time with only is a window side panel plastic window now cracked, would recommend.

Amazing product. Easy to put up, the instructions say two people but I did it on my own with ease. Really pleased. Actually is more than the advertisement says. Very sturdy.

I had a problem with one of the sides, it developed a hole. I contacted them by email and no quibble they replaced my item.
Excellent service, excellent products.

Decent gazebo - shocking customer service!

One of our 3 gazebos has developed a fault with the straps that hold the roof cover on. 2 of these gazebos (one of which has this fault) were only purchased last spring and then stored, covered with a large plastic bag in a shed.

The straps have become so weak and brittle that they can be easily snapped by hand.

Contacted them and was just brushed off with an arrogant "sounds like it must have been packed away damp or clips not undone when put away which will cause damage. The good news is all spares are available" comment.

They weren't stored damp and besides he is basically admitting that the material that the straps are made out of is not resistant to damp - not great for a tent that is used outdoors!

I'll never buy from this company again, purely as a result of the arrogant communications.

Good quality frame very sturdy and easy to put up. Canopy and side panels are better quality than the standard gazebo. Would definitely recommend
