The only thing better than the service is the quality of the product! We have now had 7 of these Gazebos for our business and they are great! One was actually permanently up over our hot tub at home for over 2 years!

Wednesday late afternoon I ordered two desperately needed for an event today. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. Sent one message saying A: how urgent the order was and B could I change the colour.

Fast forward to Friday AM, two delivered in the correct colour! Perfect service as always. Thanks Jon.

Bought the gazebo with four sides as it was recommended by Which magazine. Very pleased with the quality and strength of the steel frame and the quality of the canvas.
I contacted the seller as there was a minor problem with one leg, Jon sent a complete replacement leg which I received wirhin 48 hours - I couldn’t be happier with the response and resolution.
Although heavier than my previous lightweight gazebo it is vastly superior in every respect.
My experience is briiliant, many thanks!

Bought a 3x3 gazebo. The quality is excellent. The gazebo has stood up to all weathers. Just love sitting in no matter what the weather is like. Customer service is fantastic if you have a problem.

Have now bought 2 gazebos to make my stall at market bigger. The gazebos are brilliant, easy to put up and take down. Great value for money. I also had a question, the team answered promptly, were courteous and helpful. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend and buy again

We had a couple of questions which we asked before purchasing and these were answered quickly and helpfully. Once ordered we received the Gazebo within a few days and were very pleased with the product. We had a small issue with the canopy. We contacted the company and they rectified the problem immediately by sending a replacement which again we received within a couple of days. Their customer service has been second to none and I would have no problem recommending both them and their product to my friends and family.

I've had my gazebo for a couple of years now, it's sturdy and reliable. I use it at events, and I trust it.

The only reason I have dropped a star is the wheeled bag.
The 1st time I dragged it on the wheels it completely ripped through the bag and tore the canopy.
***TIP~ always put the feet by the wheels, not the canopy. I though at the time it was because I am too short, but I heard someone else had done the same thing.

To be fair, I did some maintenance on the gazebo last week, having lost a couple of screws.
Everything was available to order and came fast, including a new wheely bag.

I would definitely choose Gorilla again, and have recommended it to others.

Wow. How strong is this gazebo, easy to erect, great cover and excellent drainage of water off the roof. Worth paying the extra for the strength and rigidity alone. I should have bought one year's ago.

The instructions were easy to follow and the Gazebo is strong and sturdy. The only slight problem were four other pieces to the Gazebo which were not explained in the instructions but we guessed they were to fill with sand to weigh the gazebo down. I'm sure the gazebo will last many years as it is really good quality.

Super strong, easy erection, smart, no puddles in the roof like with the cheap ones, good colours, easy fit side panels.
These aren’t tents, but they’re excellent at being gazebos

If I could give no stars I would!
My mum ordered a gazebo 9 months ago in the winter ready for her new garden to be completed this year. She lives alone in a bungalow so when myself and my partner come to put it together noticed there was no material for the frame. When reading the box it said 1 of 2. Now my mother would not of thought any different nor looked at how many packages! When I messaged to say the second part was missing they responded with the offer of buying a replacement. I sent prof this had not been built and the box it had been stood in also she was left with a box and a metal frame. Completely unwilling to help us and responded with ‘given your attitude’ and ‘you lost the parcel’ not sure how a women alone in a bungalow could loose what I imagine is a heavy substantial size box. Unfortunately my mum is left with a load of metal for 199.00. We recently lost my dad/her husband and are navigating a new life and this would normally be his job and he would of checked things like this. Such a sad time when a seller does not care about its customers. To them it’s 200 quid but to a recent widow with hardly any income it was 2 months of saving!

These are sold as top quality gazebos but sadly this is not the case in our experience. The frame fell apart after hardly any use (guy ropes were all attached). Emailed Blackstone Leisure who said I could buy new parts from their website! The fact you can buy spares does just show these are not made at all well and do not expect them to last! No apology and no attempt to help. BUY ELSEWHERE AND SAVE MONEY.

Ordered a 3mx3m gazebo arrived before its due date delivery company only delivered one parcel of two and they sorted it out really quick with lots of communication from them

Edit: new review as the last review was taken down. So let's stick to facts this time.

- I emailed to raise a complaint as I wanted replacement or refund for our gazebos ordered this January
- a team member from Blackstone Leisure called me after 6pm to state there was nothing he could do. His customer service was poor and he talked over me and told me to buy new ones.
- I said I wanted to talk to someone else as I felt this was extremely rude and I didn't think he was taking my complaint seriously.
- I wrote an email to state this and then I received multiple phone calls from 7pm until 9:37pm when I decided to block his number as I felt intimidated and harassed
- This is the service I received based on my experience. This does not go against trust pilots rules but no doubt he will ask for this to be removed too.
-this male team member made me feel threatened and uneasy dealing with you and that is not ok.
This review is merely to share my experience to flag this behaviour others who may have felt the same and to mitigate others feeling the way I did after raising a concern with you about your product.

Really good Gazebo, I got the Gazebo last year and ordered the sides this year they are very well made and waterproof, just what I wanted

Best gazebos on the market!! I've had plenty and these are the best. Customer service is first class also. Jon sent me a new zip side out instantly as soon as I sent in a photo of a minor defect. I'm not sure what's gone wrong with Mr McRurys order. Doesn't sound like the same company to me.

Ordered on Amazon, two weeks later, Amazon cancelled the order as the seller hadn't collected payment. Re ordered on Website, seller said that the amazon order was "in flight", so best to let that one be delivered, on Thurs/Fri that week. Delivery update was to the following Monday, contacted seller who advised that they had upgraded to a Saturday delivery as it would not now arrive on Thurs/Fri. Checked Courier on Saturday, they advised it was not down for a Saturday delivery, so would be Monday. Monday was scheduled for delivery, seller confirmed it would be delivered Monday between 4.55 and 6.55pm. I made it clear that I needed this by 11am on Tuesday as I had no confidence in them and would have to go out and buy one. I waited for it. 7pm no delivery, everyone had gone home so could not contact anyone. After letting the seller and courier know I needed delivery by 11am, or a refund, the delivery was scheduled for 12.55-3.55, then moved to 1.10 - 4.10, I complained to the seller and asked how long the refund would take and they cancelled the delivery and I recieved an automated email saying refund would take 10 days - no surprise there! - feel like I dodged a bullet, as I can't imagine what the after sales service would be like (if there is any). Can't comment on the product, as I got a different one elsewhere with no problems

Ordered a 3x3m heavy duty gazebo, they took the money ….. nearly 2.5 weeks later, they write to say they are experiencing a delay.
After several emails and no likelihood of delivery within an acceptable timeframe, I reluctantly cancelled the order; due to their inability to supply the product.
The refund could ‘take up to 10 days to reach your bank’ ????!!! It left my account a lot quicker and other companies don’t hold on to customers money for that long.

Absolutely brilliant gazebos. Quality is first class. Have purchased 3 now and left one up all winter and was fine. Customer service is second to none. Jon has been amazing with my colour match queries and sent me some complimentary side panels too. He even took
Time to call me to assist me. Cannot recommend the company or products enough. Best gazebos. You won’t be disappointed. Quality and price is money well spent. Thanks again for all your help and I will be back for more.

Gazebo arrived within a couple of days of ordering. We had a problem with one of the springs on a leg. I emailed the Company and Jon responded saying he would send out a replacement, which I received 2 days later. A few emails went back and forth between myself and Jon (me trying to explain the problem!) and he was very efficient and polite.
I love my gazebo it's very sturdy and a lovely red colour. It has also had many compliments. I would definitely recommend this company.
